Atour Hotels in Beijing

I booked Atour for a parent-child tour of the safari park with my children. The room was clean and tidy, the front desk lady was friendly and helpful, and I was upgraded to a superior king-size bed room for free. The hotel has a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes. In the morning, the clothes were neatly folded and hung on the door handle. What was particularly unexpected was that the front desk guy saw that I was bringing a child and offered breakfast for free. It was a surprise and provided sufficient motivation for the whole day's trip. I will definitely come to this hotel again next time I take a plane.

I booked a hotel first and asked a friend to send my luggage there. I ended up storing it at the wrong store. The front desk was very considerate and helped me contact other stores to find my luggage in the middle of the night. They also helped me send my luggage to a special car. The pillows and quilts were super comfortable. The room was also very nicely decorated.

The stay at Atour was awesome! Very nice and friendly front desk staffs, very clean modern and smart living space, very thankful for the staff for letting us leave our luggages while we move to another city for 3 days, and thank you for the late check out coz of a late flight!! All in all a very amazing stay, have recommended friends to book as well, will definitely try the other branches too!

As soon as I entered the door, I was surrounded by elegant fragrance, fresh and soothing, and I instantly relieved my fatigue. The intimate warm porridge service late at night was too healing, and a bowl of hot porridge warmed my stomach and heart. The soundproofing effect of the room was excellent, and the outside world was not heard at all, and I slept until dawn. The details are everywhere, it is definitely the first choice for travel accommodation!

There was a power outage during the day but the front desk kindly informed us about it. They also gave us hand lotions at the end of our stay. However, the renovation sounds from a nearby site was extremely annoying. The midnight buffet was nice though. In addition, we ordered takeaway on the first night of our stay and left the finished food next to the door and room service did not take them away for the entirety of our stay.

This time I stayed at the Atour Hotel at the East Gate of the Temple of Heaven. I was just looking for convenience, but I didn't expect to be completely attracted by the details and service! There are no fancy marketing routines, all of which are solid human touch and thoughtfulness. I must praise it with my real name! 1. Manager Evan Fengfeng: Turn ”guests” into ”family” A week before departure, I received a call from the manager Evan Fengfeng, who carefully asked about my itinerary needs. After arriving at the store, I found that the air-conditioning temperature in the room had been adjusted according to my habits, and a note was left to remind me how to use the floor heating. The most touching thing was that one night I casually mentioned that my throat hurt, and half an hour later he personally delivered throat-soothing tea to the room, with a bag of dried monk fruit! It was raining heavily when I checked out. He and the front desk guy helped me carry my luggage to the car in the rain, and stuffed an umbrella into my car and said, ”Don't forget to bring an umbrella next time you come to Beijing” - how can this be a hotel? It's like visiting a relative's house! 2. The location is amazing, you can go shopping, eat and lie down without any delay The hotel is hidden in the alley of Dongsi Yu Nan Street. Turn left for 5 minutes and walk to Longtan Park for a morning run. Turn right for 10 minutes and go to the west gate of the Temple of Heaven to listen to the uncles playing diabolo. If you want to be lazy, the donkey rolls in Ziguangyuan and the old Ciqikou bean juice shop downstairs are within walking distance. When you are craving for supper at night, the robot brother will deliver the takeaway directly to the door of the room, and people with social phobia will be ecstatic! 3. The new store is full of buffs, and the detail control is the favorite The new store opened in 2024 is different! The smart guest control in the room can lie down with a ”Xiaodu turn off the lights”, and the 65-inch projection TV is so cool to watch TV series. The focus is on the bedding-the slow rebound memory pillow is so friendly to the cervical spine, and I directly planted the same pillow (I decisively placed an order when I checked out!). The dry and wet separation in the bathroom is very neat, and the life-saving function of the toilet seat heating is standard. The shampoo is the same as the essential oil fragrance of Sahe, and taking a bath can make people marinate. 4. Spend economical money and enjoy VIP treatment To be honest, I originally thought that Atour was an upgraded version of a fast hotel, but I was surprised by the cost performance! The free laundry room saved the anxiety of changing clothes for those who traveled on business all the time. Although the gym is not big, the Technogym equipment is enough, and there is even a 24-hour book bar where you can get a cup of drip coffee. The welcome fruit given by members is different every day. When checking out, the front desk lady also forced two packs of drip coffee to ”refresh on the road” - this service would cost at least 30% more in the next five-star hotel! Real complaints & small surprises If you have to find faults, the parking spaces in the alley are a bit tight, but the manager of Fengfeng helped me lock a fixed parking space in advance; it takes about ten minutes to walk to the subway station, but it is convenient that the hotel can call a special car at any time. An unexpected bonus was the hand-drawn map of old Beijing in the guest room, which helped me find a super authentic braised pork restaurant! Summary: If high-end hotels are sophisticated and self-interested business-style, Atour is more like a warm and down-to-earth big brother next door in the hutongs - without the alienation of a suit and tie, but always able to hand over a cup of warm water just when you need it. Next time I come to Beijing, I have to stay at ”Home”!

Very nice hotel, and very nice location. Very close to a river promenade that is very enjoyable for walks

It was my first time to visit Beijing. I was very happy to stay in such a perfect hotel. Both the hotel environment and the attitude of the front desk made me feel very comfortable. In particular, the service of Li Mu, Shui Di and Bo Xuan at the front desk were very good. The ladies at the front desk could basically meet any needs. The hotel services and facilities are very complete, the geographical location and surrounding environment are also good, there are bus stops and subway stations just outside the door, and it is also very convenient to take a taxi. A hotel that is highly recommended. I will choose this one next time I come to Beijing.

The hotel was awesome and very central to most of the main attractions in Beijing. Our room was huge and well worth the money. Breakfast was also very enjoyable with many options. The hotel staff are very friendly and make sure to see to your every need. The cherry on top was the laundry room available to use at no additional cost. We were able to go back home with almost no dirty laundry! I highly recommend this hotel!

I checked in, in the early hours of the morning. The check in desk staff were very friendly and showed me straight to my room after checking and gathering my details. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. The breakfast was yummy and the hotel is in an excellent location near the embassies for a quick visa or passport run. Would definitely stay there again.
