Atour Properties in Beijing

The hotel is directly across from the University of International Business and Economics, and the subway is about a ten-minute walk away, so transportation is quite convenient. There are also snack shops nearby. The air conditioning in the hotel was strange; it showed it was cooling but couldn't lower the temperature. When I asked, they said the AC needed to be turned off for natural cooling, otherwise, turning it on would actually increase the temperature. It was too hot in the room for this weather.

The front desk staff were warm and professional, making the check-in process quick and smooth. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the breakfast offered a wide variety, including Western options like bread, salads, and coffee. The hotel's location is also excellent, with convenient transportation nearby and close proximity to attractions and shopping malls, making getting around super easy. The staff were always available, incredibly responsive to requests, and highly efficient at resolving any issues. During my stay here, I truly felt a sense of home-like warmth. I highly recommend everyone come and experience this hotel; I believe you'll love it as much as I do!

The facilities are incredibly comprehensive! They have a gym, laundry room, and dryer, all very well-equipped. I felt so comfortable there 😭 I really didn't want to leave!!! The cleanliness is top-notch, and the staff regularly clean and restock. It felt so good to return to the hotel every day. The location is also excellent, only about 200 meters from the subway station. Walking back to the hotel from the subway during snowfall was absolutely beautiful. The service was super attentive and thoughtful. Everyone was so gentle and engaging. I especially loved the auntie who made noodles for breakfast! The three of us went to her stand every day for three bowls of zhajiangmian, and she even remembered our order, hahaha! I felt very safe and secure during my stay. Even food deliveries were brought up by a robot, and I received a small gift at check-out 😭!!! I truly didn't want to leave 😭 Hope to see you again next time!!!

The service at Yaduo is really good. As soon as you enter the lobby, someone offers you tea. Although the porridge in the evening is free, the quality is not shoddy at all, and you can taste the sincerity in every bite. The invoice is also issued quickly when checking out. From the details to the overall look, it makes people feel very comfortable. It must be rated five stars!

The room was spotless and well-equipped. The delivery robots were a super convenient feature. The front desk staff were excellent, and offering complimentary water upon checkout was a thoughtful touch. The location is also fantastic for getting around, with a bus stop right outside the entrance. As a first-time guest, my overall impression was very positive, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

You can see the airport's passenger boarding bridge right from the hotel. Facilities: I saw the hotel renovations were still very new as of late November, 2025. The decor is in the Atour's simple and comfortable style. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Very comfortable, though there is still some noise from night flights, but it's acceptable. Service: We went to check-out at 4 AM. There's a shuttle every 20 minutes. Just inform the front desk in advance of your time and number of people, and they can also provide a wake-up call.

Upon entering the room, everything was handled by the smart assistant Xiao Du – voice-controlled lights, curtains, and TV. A little robot delivered food right to the room. No more card-swiping to power up the whole room; the temperature was comfortable upon arrival, and the bedding was simple but warm enough for November, even without a thick comforter. Four complimentary bottles of mineral water – Atour is very generous.

Our family of four from Singapore had a fantastic stay at Atour Hotel Beijing Liujiayao, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The reception service was exceptional—friendly, efficient, and very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay much more comfortable as a family. The room was very clean, well-organised, and cosy, with housekeeping maintaining high standards throughout our stay. One thoughtful highlight was the free supper, which was perfect for our family after long days of sightseeing. These small yet meaningful touches really enhanced our overall experience and showed the hotel’s strong focus on guest care. Overall, our stay at Atour Hotel Beijing Liujiayao was excellent and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely choose Atour Hotel Beijing Liujiayao again when in Beijing.

We were extremely satisfied with this hotel. It's conveniently located right next to my child's school. The hotel's ambiance was excellent, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially a lovely young lady who assisted us with many issues. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pillows were exceptionally cozy – my child absolutely loved them! The dining experience at the restaurant was also great; they offered a wide variety of dishes that suited our tastes perfectly. We will definitely be coming back again.

The room was spotlessly clean and bright, fully equipped, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable! I requested a non-smoking room with a window from the front desk staff, and they were incredibly helpful and accommodating, immediately granting my request. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both Chinese and Western options, and the tofu pudding was particularly delicious. We even received small gifts upon both check-in and check-out. The hotel is conveniently located extremely close to Beijing West Railway Station, just a five-minute walk to the South Square entrance. Overall, a fantastic stay!
