The room is good. The hotel's environment is quiet and elegant, and the hygiene is very well maintained, even in the corners. The room itself is spacious and well-equipped, with all facilities working perfectly. The service response was prompt, and the staff were gentle and polite. I felt safe and comfortable staying here. Highly recommended, definitely deserves a five-star rating.

The soundproofing is not good, especially the rooms with windows facing the corridor, which are very noisy. Any noise outside can be heard inside the room. If you can avoid living in this kind of room, don't choose it.

Me and my wife had the most beautiful stay at this hotel. The staff were all so lovely and accommodating. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and comfortable. They let us extend our stay to check out a little bit later because we were having some challenges with my wife’s pregnancy and they also let us keep our luggage there because our transport out of Beijing was much later in the day. Overall I would recommend this hotel to any singles couples or families because as a family unit me and my wife couldn’t have been more pleased. PPBM.

I'm on business trips for a long time, and my accommodation in Beijing always exceeds the standard. This time I stayed here, the price was only half of the standard, I saved money, but the experience was very good. I can only say that in Beijing, at this price, this store is a ceiling-level hotel in this area. It's not big, but it has everything you need. The decoration style is warm, every corner is very clean, the decoration is very thoughtful, the bedding is brand new, and there is no odor indoors! I will stay here again next time if I have the chance.

This is a wonderful and nice place. Kind employees they are very supportive. One of them spoke English but others tried best with the translator. Washing is totally free of charge and very easy. Drying also available. Many staff so that they keep the place very tidy. Frequent cleaning including the corridor and even the lift. Free coffee and breakfast small pack available at the lobby. Eco friendly type as they use disposable paper towels (even big bath paper towel!) and paper cups. Only one issue I faced was the bathroom there was some uncleared parts, when staying continuously bath room is not daily cleaned but the door carpet is daily changes. Anyway good new rooms with flat tv and pressure mattress. 这是一个绝佳的好地方。员工们非常友善，给予了我很大的支持。其中一位员工会说英语，其他员工则尽力通过翻译与我沟通。洗衣服务完全免费，而且非常方便。这里还提供烘干服务。员工很多，所以房间总是保持得非常整洁。走廊甚至电梯都经常清洁。大堂提供免费咖啡和小包装早餐。这里非常环保，使用的是一次性纸巾（甚至是大浴巾！）和纸杯。我遇到的唯一问题是浴室里有些地方没有清理干净，在连续入住期间，浴室不是每天清洁，但门垫每天都会更换。不过，新房间很好，配有平板电视和压力床垫。

The room, while small, was perfectly equipped. The layout was compact and well-designed, and the bedding was soft and clean, allowing me to sleep soundly. The air conditioning was quiet and kept the perfect temperature, and the Wi-Fi was stable, allowing me to watch TV or work without any lags. The bathroom was odorless, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The towels were crisp, white, and fluffy. Every detail showed quality. What surprised me most was the hotel's value. For such an affordable price, I get service and quality comparable to a mid-range or high-end hotel. It's a steal! The location is also fantastic, with convenient transportation. Buses and subway stations are just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a convenience store and snack bar downstairs, making life very convenient. When checking out, the staff took the initiative to ask about my experience and listened carefully to my suggestions. This attitude of valuing guests is really great. I highly recommend Hi Inn, whether it is a business trip or a tourist, it is a great accommodation choice!

I originally booked a room without a window, and a slightly chubby girl with a round face immediately helped me switch to a different room. Her attitude was excellent, and she was always smiling. The cleaner who helped with the room change also had a great attitude, even saying, ”After you've rested, you can come down and swap your key card again” as she closed the door. When I was leaving, I specifically went to the front desk to return my card and tell her I'd taken photos and would leave a positive review. However, there was a different front desk attendant there. She said everything was fine and I could leave. As I was almost at the door, she suddenly called out my name and told me to remember to leave a review. Has no one ever told you that calling a guest by their first name and then instructing them to do something is incredibly rude? Despite that bizarre final encounter, overall, it's a positive review.

Newly opened, not far from the subway station, comfortable environment, good health, complete public area facilities, good staff attitude, will take the initiative to help problems will be dealt with in time, cost-effective

It was a pleasant surprise when I stayed there for the first time. The hotel room is in a great location, the decoration is beautiful and warm, and the room is clean and sanitary. There is free parking at the door. The front desk service is enthusiastic. Xiao Zhou also helped to wash the down jacket and dry it. It was great. The shower flow was very strong, the hot water temperature was just right, the items in the room were neatly arranged, the TV was very large, and you could cast the screen to watch movies. It was very close to the bus stop, which was convenient for travel. Next time I come here, I will choose this place!

Food: Selected Haiyou colorful fruit candies: Didn't see this. Hygiene: The hygiene was very good. The quilt and pillows were quite clean with no stains. I didn't use disposable bedding and slept for five days without any allergic reactions or red spots. This is excellent 👍. The cleaning staff who cleaned my room every day was also very good and even folded my pajamas 🫢. Transportation: It's quite close to Shilige subway station, so getting around is very convenient. I just didn't realize it when I first arrived and learned the hard way… 😢. Environment: There are many places to eat nearby. There's a Mixue Bingcheng right across the street, which is great, I must say 🌚🌚. And there's a Zhangliang Malatang next door. Ordering delivery is very convenient. The hotel has robots to deliver food, which is very safe. My only complaints are why such a big hotel only has one person on duty at night… and when they changed my room, they gave me an end room… Although it had floor-to-ceiling windows, it still felt a bit awkward because there's only one elevator in the hotel. Plus, the upper floors are carpeted, making it hard to pull luggage, and my room was so far away, I was really annoyed 😵💫.
