Vientiane Short Rental Homestay

From the moment we arrived, everything was wrong. The accommodation was extremely far away, and we had a lot of heavy luggage. Instead of helping us, the host simply walked ahead and left us struggling behind. That alone already felt very disrespectful. We were then shown a room that was dirty, nothing like the pictures, and smelled strongly of cigarettes. Walking into that room was honestly shocking. When we complained and asked for a non-smoking room, the host was unresponsive and even had the audacity to tell us that we should leave a good review. That was incredibly unprofessional and uncomfortable. After insisting, we were moved to another room, but it was still not the room shown in the photos. The place was dirty overall, the kitchen was dirty, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. It did not feel welcoming or safe, and it was not a place where anyone would want to stay. This experience was frustrating, stressful, and completely ruined our arrival. We deeply regret booking this accommodation and would strongly advise others to avoid it.

The room is spacious clean with a washing machine. Everything went smoothly, and the property owner is very nice.

My kids loved having two stories. It was clean and the layout was open and bright. There is no washing machine but there is a kitchen sink. There are lots of shops right out the door. It's a mile to walk to subway and then a long subway ride into town, but this part of Beijing is growing and has a new fancy library and museum worth visiting. The owner is very responsive and they provide excellent directions to get in. The local police are very enthusiastic, so register yourself if you look foreign.

It was a good location and not bad. very big space . Not that actually clean. the towel was little bit smelly
