Beijing Oriental Mao Hotel (NanluoguLane Beixinqiao Subway Station)

The location and environment are pretty good. The facilities are a bit old, but they're still functional. The air conditioning is a bit noisy and takes a while to kick in. It's quite quiet at night though, suitable for business trips.

Got a free upgrade, and the room was very spacious. It's about a 5-minute walk from the metro station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby.

The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Beixinqiao subway station. It's even more convenient if you're coming from the airport, as you can take the subway directly to Beixinqiao station. If you want to explore Nanluoguxiang, Guijie (Ghost Street), or Houhai at night, you can even walk! This is a well-established five-star hotel that's quite standard, with spacious rooms. The breakfast selection is also quite rich. Overall, it offers great value for money. In short, it's a good choice for a trip to Beijing. Because Beijing is so vast, convenient transportation is a top priority.

The room facilities are old. Food delivery can only be left at the front desk, and the service phone is often unreachable. I have to call the lobby front desk, who then informs the service staff. It's too backward.

The hotel proactively upgraded my room, which was incredibly thoughtful. Every service detail was perfect, and they even provided complimentary fruit. The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to the subway station, making it convenient and quick to get anywhere. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing.
