Ibis Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square Branch)

I had a great stay at Ibis Hotel Tiananmen Square during my trip. The location is very convenient—just a short walk from Qianmen Station and situated right inside Qianmen Street, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The room was clean, and housekeeping did a good job of collecting garbage daily and replenishing essentials like water, coffee, and tea. What I liked most was the free laundry facility at the lobby, which was very helpful during my stay. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical choice, especially for travelers looking for convenience and value.

Third stay here in recent months, great location, on Qianmen St, surrounded by food places. Very clean, no sound in the room from outside. Lines 8, 2 and one other are very close by.

Our stay was great, clean and we had a no window room but there was a small window to another building. It doesn’t feel stuffed and the airconditioning is good. The bathroom is clean and good water pressure. The location is perfect and noise is also good. There was a robot for deliveries to the room and breakfast was decent, a good amount of options but not the greatest, some options were okay though. Luggage storage is available and washing and drying is too.

Good service, the room was spacious and clean. It located inside the pedestrian walk with a lot of restaurants and shops. The breakfast is ok and simple

Excellent location. Though taking didi will not stop directly infront of the hotel but it’s just a short walk from the Main Street. Being at Dashilan street itself makes you right at the popular spot once you step out of the hotel. The vibe is spot on and I will definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again. Only downside is I spotted a mini cockroach on day 2. Lots of eateries outside the hotel and very near to Qianmen and Zhushikou station.

We chose this hotel due to its international branding and reviews but it turned out to be something short of what we expected. The location is considered good if you do not mind to drag your heavy luggage some 200-300m from the nearest taxi/DD waiting area as the hotel is not accessible by taxi or car. It is right in the pedestrian snack street. The room is rather small and with limited space for the luggages. Though the room itself was reasonably clean, the bedding was not very comfortable. The big screen TV and a semi smart toilet do add some plus points to the room. Tea/ coffee making facilities are usually provided by other hotels. But this hotel treated the coffee packet as a free gift. Breakfast served is just average. The other issue I experienced was the weak mobile signal in the room. Overall, this hotel is suitable for those on short vacation.

Close to Tianamnen on a pedestrian street. But the room had no window which is big no-no for such high price

Excellent location Qianmen Station Metro 2 -Exit I , smart local shopping center , center of town (high safety zone) with full service of IBIS (Food / Clean / Warm welcome) / Convenience for Luggage with escalator intra metro.
