Close to Beijing West Railway Station, this hotel is a renovation of an old residential building. The rooms are small but very cozy. There's hot tea available next to the gym, and the 'shou抓饼' (hand-grabbed pancake) and wontons for breakfast are delicious.

This hotel feels like home for me. Everytime I am travelling to China, I choose this hotel because it’s near the Beijing West Train station and it’s very convenient.

Very good hotel

The room layout was terrible; the bed was practically an arm's length from the door, you didn't even need to get out of bed to open it. This triangular room was close to the restaurant, laundry room, and linen room—it felt like sleeping in a market. Starting at 6 AM, the sound of doors closing was so loud it shook the closet, like a series of firecrackers. When I returned from breakfast at 7 AM, the same clattering of doors continued. At 8 AM, the artificial skylight outside the fake window turned on, and then there was a loud knocking on the door: "Hello, cleaning staff, please." What kind of terrible room layout was this, and I paid 568 yuan for it? It was a complete waste of money.

The front desk was quick and friendly, and we were able to check in quickly. Our original room was noisy, but the manager quickly helped us change rooms and even upgraded us. The room was clean, and the pillows and bed were great for sleeping. The only downside was that overseas mobile phones couldn't authenticate and connect to the Wi-Fi; you needed a local phone to authenticate. This was very inconvenient for customers from Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan.

The hotel I stayed at on this business trip to Beijing was truly impressive. The overall design, characterized by a simple and elegant aesthetic, exudes style without sacrificing comfort. The service team was exceptionally attentive, promptly responding to and addressing every request, large or small, with professionalism and attentive attention to detail. What surprised me most was the extended breakfast hours compared to other hotels, allowing me to enjoy a few more moments of relaxation. Furthermore, the hotel offers a well-equipped gym and convenient laundry facilities, perfectly catering to the diverse needs of business travelers. The hotel's location is also exceptional, making commuting both by taxi and subway extremely convenient, significantly improving my commute and adding a touch of convenience and comfort to my trip.

The service is good and clean. The breakfast is complete, with Chinese and Western options. The hotel also has a free midnight snack starting at 9:30 and ending at 11:00. The room is spacious and bright. There are subway stations nearby, Line 7 and Line 9, which are very close, making travel more convenient.

I really want to thank the staff of Atour Hotel. They are really my saviors! Yesterday at noon, I accidentally got a fish bone stuck in my throat. The pain was unbearable and even swallowing saliva became extremely difficult. In a hurry, I called the front desk. Although I was in so much pain that I couldn't speak at the time, the girl at the front desk was extremely careful. She noticed that something was wrong with me and quickly sent someone to see me. As soon as I saw her, it was like seeing a savior. She quickly understood what I meant and quickly notified the manager. Without saying a word, the manager immediately took a taxi to take me to the hospital. Along the way, he kept comforting me and told me not to be too nervous. When I arrived at the hospital, the hotel staff accompanied me throughout the whole process and ran around the hospital for me. After the doctor examined me, he told me that the fish bone was next to the tonsils and needed to be handled carefully. Because my throat was so uncomfortable, I tried to remove the thorn with tweezers several times but failed, and finally had to use anesthetics. While waiting for the anesthetic to take effect, two hotel staff members stayed with me and cheered me up. After a series of tossing, the film finally came out and the doctor told me that the fish bone was gone. Hearing this news, the manager and the young lady both smiled with relief. I was truly relieved and looked at them with gratitude. This day was really thrilling. Thanks to the staff of Atour Hotel, I was able to get through the difficulties smoothly. I was deeply moved by their professionalism and attentiveness, and it also made me more and more trusting of the service of the Atour brand. I really give them a thumbs up!

Very satisfied. I booked several different hotels during this trip, but on the last day, when I checked in at Atour Light Hotel in Beijing West Railway Station North Square, I forgot to bring my ID card and could not scan the code to check in. I had to go to the police station to get a certificate. I was speechless at the time, so I checked out of the room there and came back to stay. I like the convenience of checking in at Atour Hotel Liuliqiao East.

I chose Atour Hotel for this trip to Beijing, mainly because it is close to Beijing West Railway Station and convenient for transportation, especially for elderly people who have just arrived in Beijing and have poor sense of direction. I didn't expect that this stay was not only convenient for the location, but also deeply touched by the warm service of the hotel. My uncle and his friend accidentally left their mobile phone in the back seat of the taxi on the way back to the hotel. I was so anxious that my heartbeat accelerated and I couldn't think of how to get it back. When we walked into the hotel lobby, the front desk staff warmly welcomed us, and their smiles made people feel a little warm. When we were anxious, they not only did not refuse to help because of the complicated procedures, but also carefully comforted the uncle and asked if there was a voucher to find the driver. After some patient efforts, the staff successfully contacted the taxi company and finally found the phone. In this process, I was very moved by the patience and professionalism of the front desk lady. Thank you Atour Hotel for making our journey full of warmth and touching. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Beijing, I will definitely choose here again!

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the West Station and the South Station, and it is convenient to take a taxi. The service is very good, the room is newly decorated and relatively clean.
