nice hotel with helpful staffs.. all are so nice and willing to help. We get free lunch voucher and have a good experience with the hot springs in town . Love it.

The staff is very nice and helpful, just ask them every thing and they will find any way to help you. Very good location and a lot of supplement service. Highly recommend for choosing this hotel for your good experience staying.

It’s our second time to stay in the hotel. The ambiance is nice, the amenities are good. The breakfast is yummy and buffet type. Nalan Inn is located outside the water town approximately 10-15 minutes walk going to the main center. The hotel provides free tickets going in which is actually convenient, you just have to scan it upon entering in the ticketing area. They also give you access to the hot spring on a discounted rate. But mind you, their location is really far from it since the hot spring is inside the water town 🥺 for us it’s alright since we love to walk. The walking distance will amuse you given the different booths and stores along the way. A few minutes of walk you can still do a sight-seeing and there are a few convenient stores nearby - bakery, restaurants and grocery (limited). Overall, we had a wonderful stay.

I think it's even more convenient than the inns in the scenic area. It's just over Lions Bridge and very close. You can check in first before entering the scenic area. If you are in the scenic area, you need to check in at the visitor center.
The hotel's breakfast buffet is also great.
For convenience, we also arranged a dinner at the hotel. The braised mutton was very delicious. Although the price was not cheap, it was all very good meat.

You can take a shuttle bus to the hotel directly. It is very close to the scenic spot and very convenient, but the facilities are old and the air conditioner is still broken. I brought my children to live here, and someone came to repair it. It took half an hour to repair it. There was no other way. They sent me an electric heater. The air conditioner stopped again in the middle of the night. It was a very unpleasant experience. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I stayed here for a day and all three meals a day were solved by the restaurant. It was a little expensive, but it was delicious. I will not stay here again next time, but I can go here for dinner.
