This trip was specifically for my boyfriend's birthday, and the experience truly exceeded all my expectations – definitely a five-star review! The hotel room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. What was most heartwarming was the staff; they were incredibly patient throughout our stay. We wanted to simply decorate for a birthday atmosphere, and they didn't mind at all. Instead, they actively helped us brainstorm ideas, assisted with the decorations, and even enthusiastically took photos and videos for us, capturing so many beautiful moments. They were responsive to every request, providing attentive and thoughtful service that made this birthday feel extra special and memorable. I was so touched, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The room was clean and tidy, and housekeeping was prompt. The surrounding area was quiet, with no noisy environment, and parking was very convenient. The service was polite, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. The design of the small courtyard was also very unique.

A highly recommended hotel! The lobby is simple yet grand, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and processed my check-in quickly, which made me feel right at home. The room's amenities are quite complete, and the smart home features are a nice touch. The lighting is excellent, and through the window, you can vaguely see the distant mountains. The bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom has a wet/dry separation. On-site parking is convenient. A great choice for a stay in Huairou!

The electric curtains were a breeze to operate – just say, “Xiao Du, open the curtains,” and the sunlight pours into the room, creating a warm and cozy feel. The bedroom featured a King Koil mattress, and I slept soundly under the duvet, feeling completely secure. It truly offers both high-tech convenience and supreme comfort. What was even more heartwarming was that after checking out, the front desk called to let me know I’d left something behind. The hotel even helped arrange for it to be couriered back to me – incredibly thoughtful! Although I didn't get to try breakfast, my friend said the freshly prepared beef noodles were delicious. Highly recommend!

First off, the location is super convenient – it's about 2km from both the business district and major transport hubs, making it hassle-free whether you're driving or using public transport. The front desk staff were warm and professional; check-in and check-out were efficient, and they patiently answered all my questions. The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with plenty of space that didn't feel cramped. The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows were just right – I slept like a baby. The only minor downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great. The hot water in the room was consistent, and both the AC and heating worked perfectly; the facilities are clearly well-maintained. Overall, it was an excellent experience and great value for money. This hotel will definitely be on my go-to list for future trips, and I'll be recommending it to friends!

The hotel's homepage advertised a restaurant, cafe, and bar, but upon arrival, staff informed us only breakfast was available. Cleanliness: Very clean and well-maintained. Environment: The surrounding environment is beautiful. The hotel is a standalone building, and the area is very quiet. Service: My main point is about the service. When I checked in at 2:20 PM, I was told the room wasn't ready because the previous guest checked out late. I waited for a long time and eventually had to go eat nearby. I finally checked in around 4:30 PM. However, the two female front desk staff were very friendly, so I didn't mind at the time. Then, at checkout, at 11:57 AM, a male front desk staff called me to remind me that checkout was at 12:00 PM and that an overtime fee of 50 yuan/hour would be charged if I exceeded that time. I had already packed and was planning to check out at 12:00 PM anyway, so I have to ask, what was the point of that reminder? Because the previous guest checked out late, I was delayed checking in, but then when it's my turn to check out, you bring up a 50 yuan/hour overtime fee? Later, the hotel even asked me for a positive review. Do you really have the nerve to ask for a good review? By your logic, since the hotel's delay caused me to check in late, why don't you refund me two hours of overtime fees? Shouldn't I also be compensated for the advertised facilities that weren't actually available?

My biggest fear when staying at a hotel is a hard bed that makes it impossible to sleep, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise! The moment I lay down, I wondered, is this even a bed? It felt like lying on a cloud. I asked the staff and found out they use King Koil mattresses – the owner clearly has excellent taste [Strong]. The next morning, I groggily went to breakfast. The freshly cooked wontons were just okay, but my friend's beef noodles were really good. The beef wasn't skimpy; it came in big chunks. The hotel staff were warm and friendly, always ready to answer any questions promptly and patiently. The service alone made the trip worthwhile!

I came here for a trip and after comparing many hotels, I booked their deluxe suite. It was really good value for money and didn't disappoint. First off, the room is genuinely spacious, with a separate living room and even a small entryway where you can hang clothes. The facilities are still good for a hotel that opened two years ago, and all the disposable amenities are provided. I have to specifically mention how thick and sturdy the slippers are; they don't get soggy with a little water, which is a big plus. The shower and toilet have a good wet/dry separation, the bathroom was very clean with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was also spotless. There's a TV wall opposite the bed, and another TV in the living room. It was so comfortable at night, lying in bed with a drink and some snacks, casting content to the TV – just like being at home. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, offering great ventilation and natural light, so it doesn't feel cramped. The front desk service during check-in was very thoughtful; they explained everything clearly and said I could just call them if I needed anything. Before we returned in the evening, we informed the staff in advance to turn on the air conditioning so it was warm when we got back. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here.
