Renaissance Beijing Wangfujing Hotel

The room has a great design, the location is convenient, and the facilities are good. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The bed's softness is just right. Cecilia provided excellent and polite service, and the executive lounge offers a nice view directly overlooking the Forbidden City.

The service on the 17th floor was excellent, a big thank you to everyone there. They met all my requests while I was staying at the hotel and even helped me after checking out so I could continue with my business discussions.

Fantastic location! It's super convenient to get to the Beijing People's Art Theatre for a show, and Wangfujing shopping area is within walking distance. The hotel has a grand atmosphere, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and well-equipped with comfortable bedding. The service was attentive, making it a great experience for couples. We'll definitely choose this place again next time we're in Beijing.

Everything was good overall. The shower was spacious, especially compared to the room size. Breakfast was good, not as bad as some other reviews suggested. The front desk and executive lounge staff were very friendly and helpful. Afternoon tea was decent, but the Chinese dinner cuisine... could use some improvement. I stayed here right before the end of the summer holiday, and personally, I think it offers better value than Grand Hyatt and Atour.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was a little worried after reading some reviews, but there was no need – you really have to experience it for yourself. When we arrived around noon, a staff member immediately came to help with our luggage as soon as we got out of the car. Inside, there was a lovely, subtle fragrance. During check-in, the front desk lady proactively upgraded our room type. We left our bags and went out for lunch. When we returned around 2 PM, we headed straight to our room to relax. I prefer firm pillows, and housekeeping brought one up right away. The room was very clean and even came with kids' slippers and toothbrushes, which was a great touch. Best of all, my room had a view of the Forbidden City's rooftops! 😅 The area around the hotel is also super convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing! 👍
