Gavin (李昊天）has been very hospitable and helpful with our trip in Beijing. He even gave us his WeChat if we ever need any help. Room is spacious and clean. Staff even gave us a free upgrade for our room.

Excellent hotel! Excellent location and convenient transportation. The room is beautifully decorated and the bedding is soft. Xiao Xie, the staff, has a very good attitude. He even gave us some snacks from Daoxiangcun when we left. We had a very pleasant stay here and will come again in the future!

One of the receptionists was inexperienced to handle international guest. She failed to match the guest name from the system but insisted to us that she was sure that our name was not in there. And most importantly her attitude was bad. Problem was resolved when handled by another receptionist. During the night when I would like to connect their WiFi from the room, I realized it is a must to have a China mobile number to connect it. I called front desk to seek for assistant but nobody picked up. It was around 10:30pm. I kept trying for 5 mins but still nobody picked up the call throughout this 5 mins. I then called every 10 mins until almost 1 hour then only the call was picked up. I don’t think the front desk can be so busy during that hour and can be busy for so long. Very disappointed. While we were waiting for the elevator, a bunch of housekeeper rushed to the place in front of us forcing us to back off. It shows that staffs in this hotel are well trained to be having good manner to the guest. It can be proved that when we met them at the corridor, they never took the initiative to greet to the guest. One of kitchen staffs opened a door and hit me, she just walked away without apologizing. It is really a proven facts! One more in-room cleanliness which I cannot accept at all. The bathroom carpet which was not changed new and it was re-hung on the hanger bar of the shower room door during the housekeeping. Gosh! That is the place where most of the people put clean towel while showering. How can they just hang the dirty carpet on that hanger bar?! Why I know the carpet was not changed. Because when I first laid the carpet, the surface of the carpet was with some red thread. When I laid again the carpet, it was the same red thread at the same location of the carpet. That is why I think the carpet was not changed. I think hardwares of the hotel are good and new but probably hotel was rushing to open. That is why staffs are lack of training.

Extremely pleasant and helpful staff 🌹. Beautiful, clean, fresh, spacious, comfortable room and bathroom. Everything looks new! Certainly worth the money.

Excellent location in the heart of Sanlitun in Beijing - accessible by all modes of transport and right next to Taikooli. Clean rooms and great service from the front counter. Basic amenities are good, and design is minimal and chic. Would highly recommend for a short stay!

Though my stay was very brief, I enjoyed it very much. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom design was nice. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful - I needed help with a few things, including WiFi and leaving a suitcase - and for both I received excellent service. I needed to make a train from Beijing South in the morning, and it took less than ten minutes by taxi.

Newly renovated hotel. Room is spacious, new and clean, well designed, good air conditioning, comfy bed with fluffy pillows, good towels & toiletries/hair dryer, bottled water, soft drinks, coffee & tea sachets provided FOC etc, fruit baskets on the first day - overall a very comfortable stay and we love it! We seldom write a review about our hotel accommodation but for this particular stay we feel obliged to write a complimentary review because of the super nice and polite hotel staff! We must give a big shout-out especially to 楊興佳 - she was always so helpful with beaming & lovely smiles, super polite & warm; her service came with a personal feel and sincerity you rarely get with other hotel staff. She greeted us with beaming smiles every time we passed through the lobby. She went the extra mile to help us during our stay at the hotel, from the very moment we checked in till the day we left the hotel. For info, we stayed at quite a few hotels in our 16-day trip to China and we didn't meet any other hotel staff as good as 楊兴佳. Other staff like 张雪枫 and others at the hotel are also very polite and nice. This is the first time we realise that good hotel reception staff can help make our holiday trip so much more enjoyable and memorable. Many thanks to you, 兴佳, and your co-workers - we'll keep you in our memories for a long long time to come, hope to see you again when we have the chance to visit the city again in the not too distant future!
