Our family trip over Chinese New Year brought us back to Rosewood, our top choice, for the second time. My son, as always, absolutely loved it. We enjoyed afternoon tea at the 7th floor executive lounge – those crisps were delicious! The room's detailed decor made for a comfortable stay, and the welcome desserts were a nice touch. The handwritten welcome card was a delightful surprise for my son, and the butler thoughtfully added an extra bed for him. The children's amenities in the room were of high quality and well-stocked. A special thanks to the butler team, especially Lucas, Betty, and Yolanda, who truly made us feel at home. During the Spring Festival, I needed red envelopes for my friends' children, and the butler team immediately helped me find some – that was incredibly heartwarming! The turndown service was also perfectly done, everything neatly tidied. My son said he wants to stay here again next time we're in Beijing!

The location is very convenient, the gym is good, and the rooms are comfortable. The service is also very attentive. The hotel's restaurant is delicious, I'd definitely come back again. The decor style is quite grand.

Absolutely top-notch, truly the epitome of luxury! Every corner boasts unique decorations, making each step and view a new discovery. Even the rooms are filled with curated displays. The thick carpets add to the serene and tranquil ambiance of the entire hotel. The pool is stunning, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try it. Breakfast was incredibly lavish, offering customized soufflés and cured salmon, along with freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices. No wonder it's renowned as a culinary hotel!

Lucas contacted me a day in advance and helped prepare everything I requested. The most thoughtful gesture was adding an extra bed for free, which made staying with two adults and two children incredibly comfortable. Lynne also helped me with many issues on the day of check-in. The service at Rosewood is truly exceptional! And the breakfast was superb; my kids stayed in three different hotels in Beijing this trip, and they all said Rosewood had the best food. We also tried the Red Fire hot pot and the Jing Cuisine, both of which were excellent! I'd love to stay at Rosewood again on my next trip to Beijing!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. From my room, I could even see the CCTV Tower. The room itself was exquisitely designed, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly, enthusiastic, and attentive.

Upon check-in, there was an issue with my room. The duty manager upgraded my room and sent a fruit platter and drinks, and the morning duty manager was very prompt in addressing the problem. However, after returning from outside to the new room, everything went downhill. Turndown service only consisted of slippers and mineral water; clothes in the wardrobe, on the table, and on the sofa were not hung up, and the trash wasn't removed. After reporting this to the housekeeping staff on the evening of the 21st, nothing was done – no one came to collect the trash, and no one called back to apologize! On the 22nd, at breakfast, I asked the hostess for two iced Americanos and two orange juices. The hostess, or whoever was in charge, told me that orange juice was available for self-service in the fridge at the back. If it were in the fridge, why would I be asking you? Perhaps the breakfast kitchen was busy and didn't have time to replenish items? Here's the main event: I asked for two iced Americanos, and 10 minutes later, a hot cappuccino was delivered. After pointing out the mistake, only one Americano arrived 5 minutes later. It's quite peculiar; I'm staying at a Rosewood, not a Renaissance, aren't I?

The layout is very well-designed, and the service exceeded my expectations. My room offered a great view of the CBD, and it was super convenient for dining out, with Guomao right next door. The blackout curtains in the room were fantastic; literally no light got through (òωó)👍

I really liked the hotel's interior. Of course, for over 3,000 a night, you'd expect that kind of quality. The attention to detail was good, and the service was decent enough. Breakfast was alright, but there's not much to see or eat around the area.

Came to Rosewood for our third anniversary. They prepared a cake and a handwritten card in advance, which was incredibly thoughtful. During our stay, I had an urgent package delivered, and the concierge team handled it perfectly, signing for it and bringing it directly to our room. A special thanks to Lucas and Lynne for arranging a late check-out for us! Will definitely choose Rosewood again next time! 🥰

The hotel's facilities are quite new, but the lighting controls are confusing. The master switch can turn all lights off but not all on. The view is good, with partial sights of China Zun and the CCTV Tower. Hygiene: Both the room and public areas were very clean. Service: For a luxury hotel, the service has serious flaws. Before checking in, I asked a doorman where the executive floor check-in was, and his exact reply was, "I wouldn't know that." He also didn't offer to help by asking other hotel staff. Additionally, I observed a hotel employee leaning against a wall in the lobby, engrossed in their phone, while guests were still present. I hope the hotel addresses these issues.

Another consistently excellent stay! The design aesthetic perfectly matches our taste, and the service is attentive and comfortable. Celebrating important occasions at Rosewood truly is the right choice. The hotel staff even proactively added us on WeChat to discuss some room setup needs beforehand, asking about our preferences. A special thanks to Lucas and Lynne for their thoughtful and detailed service throughout, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. The Xiang Wei Kitchen on the third floor offers a quiet and comfortable atmosphere, the gym meets daily needs, and the pool is beautiful. The hotel's overall understated yet high-quality feel makes it our top choice for a staycation in the east!

The room was meticulously maintained, and fresh fruit was replenished every evening. The views and gym facilities were excellent. The only letdown was the breakfast restaurant service, especially the greeters at the entrance.

Had a great stay, felt very well taken care of. This was my first time staying with this brand and it left a wonderful impression. Whenever I had an issue, customer service resolved it quickly and efficiently. All the staff were warm and professional. I especially appreciated the service from Lucas and Lynne.

This was my first time staying at the Rosewood Beijing, and it was a fantastic experience! The room type I originally booked didn't have a view of the CBD, but the staff proactively contacted me to let me know. They upgraded my room and even reserved one with a direct view of the city, all thanks to Lucas and Lynne's help! It's a shame Beijing was a bit hazy these past two days, but the night view was still absolutely stunning!
