This hotel is situated about 10 mins walk from Dengshikou station line 5 with easy connection to other subway lines. Located in the Hutong area and a primary school nearby, you will find lots of shops and restaurants in the surrounding areas and the hotel has few parking space at the main entrance. The room is cleaned daily with free water bottles and amenities. Morning breakfast is very good quality and lots of choices. The help desk personnel Nancy will always welcome you with a big smile and make you feel comfortable while communicating fluently in both English and mandarin. Her friendly colleague Eileen will also communicate through wechat app if you have any questions. They are very professional and efficient that I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you

I am very pleased with my stay in the hotel. I feel that it was really a perfect choice for me in Beijing. 1. The service at the reception was great. The personnel was is very friendly and ready to help. Nancy speaks English well and helped me with all my requests. 2. The hotel is very clean. One of the best room cleaning services I’ve experienced. The towels were changed. New bottles of water appeared every day. 3. The room. Much attention is paid to details. The room has everything: iron, hairdryer, a kettle with temperature regulation (tea provided). Everything is beautifully designed. The toilet is smart. Hotel provides soap, hand cream, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel - I liked the smell a lot. Air conditioning works good. Water heating system also works good. It is quiet in the room. I had a room near the elevator but it never disturbed me. I slept well. 4. Perfect location. The hotel is located in Shijia Hutong. It is quiet, cosy and clean. Many of the main attractions are nearby and it is very convenient to reach the subway station. I will strongly recommend to visit Shijia Hutong Museum near the hotel, I liked it a lot and the entrance is free. There are also many places to eat around the hotel. 5. The restaurant. I liked wontons for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The chef was very kind and friendly. In general the variety of food is enough. I will definitely recommend this hotel! I’ve spent nearly a month choosing from many hotels in Beijing and I was more than happy with my choice.

Its winter and the hot water was not working on the sink and bathroom. Hot water actually come after few minutes later but the moment I turn on just a lil bit of cold water the hot water is gone ! So frustating. Its winter and I have to spend more minutes in the toilet waiting for the water to be acceptable temperature. I complaint to the reception the next morning but when I enter my room at night the problem was not fixed. The 2 photos I shared was the dirt on the wall I saw the moment I check in. The metro to the hotel is around 10 minutes. Hotel wifi and even my own roaming line inside my room was very bad. I end up give up and just go sleep. Soft drinks inside fridge was free but they did not refill on the next day. I guess its free for the 1st night only. Check in was not smooth as the receptionist has zero basic english. Will not stay here again.

I highly recommended the hotel. The hotel is clean and staff also friendly and have service mind. Excellent room-service. Non-smoking. The location also not far from popular tourist spot such as Wangfujing road. Also the hotel is nearby 2 metro stations within a walking distance. When you walk a bit to the main road, there are many shops such as convenience store/ Restaurants/ Mobile sim card shop/ Clothing shop etc. So if I have a chance to visit Beijing again, I will definitely stay with this hotel. :)

Underrated gem! They even helped us do laundry service and were extremely polite and helpful. Overall new rooms and very comfortable environment to be in Beijing. Highly recommended!

Room was quite small and the cleanliness of the bathroom could have been better. Employees were nice and location was convenient to the metro station as well. Was okay but not sure if I would stay here again if I were in Beijing.
