Beijing Houhai Nanluoguxiang Subway Station Atour Hotel

The hotel services are great. Their room services are always prompt if you need anything. Their front desk people are courteous and helpful. The cleaning people are friendly and accommodating. I like staying at this hotel and will try to book the same hotel next time. I like their robot which helps to deliver any takeouts.

Conveniently located near many restaurants and bell tower, easy access to a few attractions, and the location is easy to call cars. The room was cozy and clean, the bed & linings were comfortable, I even ordered the same Deep sleep pillow when I checked out. The service crew were very friendly and helpful. They helped me receive my online order parcels /take out food and arranged robot to sent to my room, it was very convenient. They understand without a Chinese mobile phone I can't register as their members, so they offered me to try their free breakfast. I enjoyed the late night supper as well. When I sent my clothes for laundry, they also helped me dry the clothes and sent the clothes back to my room. I used to stay in all the international hotel chains, and now I'd say will definitely return to Atour hotels when I go back to China. One suggestion, please open menver registration for foreigners.
