Beijing ‌Huixin Xijie Beikou Station‌ Atour Jianye Hotel

Came to Beijing for Vae's concert and chose Atour S Jianye Hotel. It's very close and convenient to the Bird's Nest. The environment is great, the room is clean, and it smells wonderful everywhere. Would I choose it again next time? Absolutely!

I booked this hotel to see a concert at the Bird's Nest. The front desk gave us some small complimentary items, and the room was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Food deliveries were brought to our door by a robot. It was also my friend's birthday during our stay, and the hotel surprised us with a cake and a bouquet of flowers – a really pleasant surprise!

The room was great, clean and tidy, and they even offered congee in the evening. Parking was also very convenient, I loved it! 🎉 I was here for the Silence Wang concert, and they even provided merchandise, which was very thoughtful!!

I chose the Atour S Hotel Beijing Jianyuan specifically for its proximity to the concert venue. Overall, I was very satisfied. They have free underground parking, and it's super close to the Bird's Nest – just a few minutes by taxi or bike. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable, and service was really quick when I needed something. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The more I think about it, the angrier I get! I have to post my first negative review! **Hygiene:** The tissues in the dispenser were all wet. Didn't the room attendant check and replace them? The hygiene is really worrying! **Service:** The service at this hotel was absolutely terrible! We were actually yelled at by the parking lot security guard?! I've lived long enough to see everything, but this is a new low. I was in a hurry to go to协和 hospital because I wasn't feeling well! I was stuck in the parking lot for 15 minutes! I called the hotel 3 times! Each time I called, I was asked for my license plate number! They kept saying they would resolve it immediately and contact security, but I was standing right next to the security guard and he didn't receive any calls! In the end, it was only because I was blocking the exit and many cars were queuing behind me that the security guard, grumbling, lifted the barrier for us! It had nothing to do with the hotel! The hotel said they would come out to help us, but they never did, nor did they contact security to lift the barrier! We were yelled at with some extremely nasty words by the security guard for no reason! If I had been in an emergency and those 15 minutes caused a problem, who would be responsible? This hotel is truly useless! **Facilities:** Don't even get me started on the facilities; they were utterly dreadful! The hotel's ground-level parking lot has very few spaces. Because there are many restaurants nearby, there's often no place to park. However, the hotel's underground parking lot doesn't have a direct elevator! You have to take the stairs, and even then, you have to go outside and walk several hundred meters around to reach the hotel entrance! When I called the front desk, they said you just needed to take the stairs up to the hotel! The hotel didn't mention that you also had to walk several hundred meters around! I went to the front desk to ask, and they said I needed to go back the way I came to get a bit closer, but still walk a distance to the hotel entrance! Going back the way I came meant climbing up the vehicle entrance ramp!!! When we were driving down into the underground parking, I saw people climbing up and wondered why anyone would dangerously walk up the vehicle entrance! How unsafe is that?! This hotel is truly awful! If you're traveling with elderly people who need wheelchairs or have difficulty walking, definitely don't come here! This hotel really isn't suitable! This stay was too awful! I absolutely have to write this bad review to warn anyone considering staying here! And these are just some of my dissatisfactions! The hotel has many other bad issues that I won't list one by one! It's so trashy!

The hotel's decor is elegant and comfortable, and it's very clean. The front desk service was excellent. The room had great natural light and no strange odors. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time! Plus, it's conveniently located with easy access to all the major attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby!

Jianye, an upgraded version of Atour. My first stay was great. The hotel is very quiet, and the breakfast was satisfying. For this price in Beijing, it's a good deal. For business trips, Atour is always the best choice.
