Atour Hotel (Sanlitun Tuanjiehu Subway Station), Beijing

Great location to stay - quiet and just a short walk from Taikoo Li. Rooms are clean and well equipped, and things look quite new. One (small) issue we encountered is that the indoor heating was a bit too hot - the room temperature was 26 degrees C and up to 28.5 during the day as shown by the room thermostat. The reception told us it was central heating and we couldn't adjust it from inside the room, and instead we were offered a portable fan (which we declined). Our friends from another room had the same problem. At the end our solution was to open our windows. Would have been a 10/10 stay but for this problem.

Incredible stay. This hotel was so nice, clean, great selection for breakfast, nice tech and kind staff. Laundry machines are excellent and they folded our clothes when we left them in the dryer. Really enjoyed it. Shower is awesome. Pillows were memory foam and excellent. Highly recommend!

The experience was great. Location is perfect to go everywhere in Beijing and the subway station is at 1 minute walking. Everyday they make up the room and change towels.

We had an amazing stay here, top level hospitality! This place was so new and smells so nice! If you are travelling with family, just stay here. Our flight was delayed and we were exhausted by the time we checked in. Check in was quick and We were welcomed with complimentary fruits, drinks and snacks in our family room, Room has a full bathroom and a WC. Two super comfy queens - we slept really well! A full buffet breakfast is included and there was a wide selection daily. If you need anything just ring them and they will send your item up with a robot. Everything is so new, comfortable and clean. The staff was so helpful, thoughtful and caring, we are very happy about their service. They helped us to book cars, gave us directions. Location is great, just a 600m walk to tai koo li San li tun shopping mall. And right next to a subway entry point. Very convenient! When we were waiting for our Didi, they served us drinks. They have free laundry service next to the breakfast area. You can drop off the laundry, fill out the form to have your laundry done and delivered to your room. I wish the form had a "do not mix whites with colours" option to check on the form. Our light colours and whites got mixed with our darks and our white shirts were stained and ruined even though we put them in separate bags. This was the only disappointing part of the stay. I've tried rewashing but the stains won't come out. Don't wash light colours or whites here. Upon check out they gave us a bag of bottled waters for our journey and gifted us a box of tea. So thoughtful. Helped us with our bags, booked the car and had the car call them to make sure we arrived safely. If I am in Beijing again, will definitely stay here again.
