QIANNA HOTEL (Houhai Gulou Street Subway Station Branch)

Terrible experience. There was a blood stain on the duvet. Instead of investigating internally, the hotel immediately tried to blame me, asking if I had any wounds or if I had deliberately put it there. When I tried to resolve the issue, they kept insisting it wasn't their fault, emphasizing that the cleaning staff's hands weren't injured and the laundry company had no issues. So, whose problem is it then? The hotel kept denying responsibility and deflecting blame. It was absolutely disgusting. I requested the blood stain be sent for testing to ensure my safety, with no other demands, and I haven't received a single response to this day. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Truly repulsive.

The environment is elegant and serene, the service attitude is excellent, the facilities are complete, and it's very clean. Perfect for family trips.

The room was clean and tidy, and although it wasn't very big, it had all the necessary facilities. It's also very close to the subway station, making it super convenient to get to all the main attractions. The staff were very enthusiastic and welcoming. I'd definitely consider staying at Qianna again next time.

Even better, you can walk to the Drum Tower, Bell Tower, and Shichahai. It's super convenient for exploring historical sites, strolling by the lake, and hitting up bars. 🍜 Lifestyle & Convenience: The surrounding area is full of hidden gems! There are countless restaurants offering all kinds of cuisines, so you can eat from morning till night without repeating. Daily shopping is also super convenient. 🏨 The Hotel Itself: Beautiful design and a comfortable stay. The staff are warm, proactive, and always ready to answer any questions. Whether for leisure or business, this place is a "six-sided warrior"—an absolute top choice, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is super convenient, just over 100 meters from both Line 2 and Line 8 subway stations. The front desk staff were friendly; they even offered us a complimentary white fungus soup when we checked in. When we mentioned we were going for hot pot lamb, they gave us a great recommendation. The taste was excellent! The room itself was quite small and compact. The chair was too low and not suitable for doing work. There was no flush button in the bathroom. The hygiene was good, but the mattress was a bit soft. The breakfast didn't have many varieties, but the taste was decent. Soundproofing wasn't great; one side of the room faced the Second Ring Road, which could be noisy. Handicrafts were chargeable, but the next morning, there was a whole table full of stamps at the front desk.
