Hygiene: Very clean, the tabletops and bathroom counters were spotless. Location: A 10-minute drive from Universal Studios. Service: The owner was super enthusiastic, even doing our laundry and hanging it up for us in the middle of the night. They'd ask us in advance when we were heading out and provided private transfers, so we didn't have to wait for anyone. Facilities: Underfloor heating, central air conditioning, a 100-inch projector… I think this is really good value for the price. Ambiance: It felt very much like home, the room was cozy, and the color scheme was exactly to my taste.

Most importantly, the guesthouse owner was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist us. On our first day, I casually mentioned wanting a drink upon returning, and he thoughtfully reserved amazing snacks for us. When we checked out to catch our high-speed train early, the owner personally drove us to the subway station. I rarely write reviews now, but I hope those who struggle with booking like I did will feel confident coming back. A guesthouse run with heart is definitely worth choosing!

The bathroom itself is spotless, with minimalist decor throughout. It's only been open a few months, but there's not a single odor in the room. The owner uses high-quality materials, no quibbles. They even have disposable bath towels and toilet seats. Universal Studios is about a 10-minute drive away, with shuttle service included. For meals, it's about a 200-meter walk down the street. They have a wide variety of barbecue, stir-fry dishes, and dumplings (the one we ate at was delicious). It's very convenient. The owner didn't ask for this positive review; I just had to give it!

This B&B was fantastic, exceeding expectations. Finding such a cheap room, especially one suitable for families, during peak tourist season is rare. The map suggests it's far from Universal Studios, but it's actually quite close to the entrance. There's a shuttle service, and it's very convenient. We didn't have breakfast, so we ordered takeout. I recommend the nearby Ziguangyuan, a traditional restaurant with excellent food. It arrived in 50 minutes.
