The overall hotel experience was superb! The room was clean and tidy, with great natural light and ventilation. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers excellent value for money. I would definitely choose to stay here again!

The room was bright and clean, and the front desk staff were very considerate, giving me a soundproof room. I had an exam the next morning, and unlike other hotels, I couldn't hear any noise from the neighboring rooms, which was great. The sensor under the TV worked perfectly! The front desk staff had a great attitude and patiently answered all my questions (about extending my stay, breakfast, laundry, etc.). Every staff member I encountered greeted me warmly, which made me feel very welcome. I especially want to praise the breakfast; everything was served hot. At other hotels, if I arrived a bit late, the food was almost always cold.

The soundproofing in the room was terrible, and the service wasn't much better. We had to buy a separate breakfast ticket for our child, and the breakfast itself was really disappointing. Overall, it's definitely not worth the price. Just wanted to share so others can avoid this place.

Newly renovated hotel, overall it's okay, but the room had an odor. Also, the hotel's location is terrible, there's nothing nearby. I couldn't even order bubble tea for delivery.

The hygiene was absolutely terrible. The bath towels hadn't been washed before being placed in the room for guests; after using them, my body was covered in a thick layer of lint. The hotel had zero soundproofing; I could hear conversations from next door crystal clear. The shower water kept fluctuating between scalding hot and freezing cold, and the water pressure was so low it was impossible to wash properly. The only good thing was the service. I absolutely do not recommend this place.
