CitiGO Hotel, Qinghe High-speed Railway Station,Beijing

Unfortunately for the nice people that work at this hotel but I can't give it a positive review for the following reasons. The appearance of the outside of the hotel is simply unacceptable, lazy looking and an eye soar. Obviously no money has been spent on maintaining the property outside or inside either. The bedrooms and hallways bably need painting and the room design is just pointless, too small with a deck out the back that's bigger than the actual room itself. Also the room stank of smoke and lacked any freshness. I had to open the deck door to air out the room for the first day. The breakfast is your typical Chinese buffet, actually the breakfast was decent with decent coffee. The only positives about this hotel are the nice people that work there and the very good laundry room. Apart from that it lacks everything a decent hotel should be. I'd never stay here again even if they offered it to me free of charge and ill never use this brand again. By far the worst maintained hotel I have used in my seven years of living in China.

The room is small but very functional, clean enough and the staff was kind.

Very good location near subway and taxi. Good breakfast, and friendly and skilled staff.
