Dongsi Hotel Beijing (Near Wangfujing)

Don’t stay here. No elevator, and the staff doesn’t offer to help with anything. Hot water ran out after about 5 minutes and the toilet is in the shower. Yes, the toilet and the shower are in the same room. The bed was like a sheet of plywood on top of pile of bricks. Your body will not forgive you for sleeping here. The location is also not as central as you would think. Tiennanmen square is not really walking distance unless you want to walk all day. 3/10 at least the AC was pumping good.

Really lovely hotel in a nice quiet area, very close to metro station which was helpful. Staff were very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Good hotel, very good location, near the central shopping road Wangfujing. But the rooms are pretty smalls and Kinda dirty. The cleanliness of every day is mid. But the officers are really nice and careful For the price, it's okay

The hotel is on a small, dimly lit street with morning construction nearby, and there is no elevator. The room was small, old, and felt unhygienic, with a lot of fruit flies present. A/C worked, but the bathroom lights are outdoor lights with high light intensity, making the bathroom very hot. There’s no separate wet/dry area, and the water heater is large. The price didn’t feel worth the condition, and there is visible wall damage. Overall this property isn’t recommended if you’re looking for good value or hygiene.

We stayed at this hotel as a group and had a great experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would happily recommend this hotel to other group travelers.

DONT GO THERE! DIRTINESS, NO ENGLISH, MOSQUITES EVERYWHERE, VERY OLD HOTEL, DONT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. OUR ROOM WAS NOT AS THE PICS UPLOADED BY THE HOTEL. We had to change of hotel and wasted a lot of time… bad experience
