I think this facility is pretty good for the price in Beijing's Second Ring Road. It's next to the Huguo Temple and close to the subway station, so it's very convenient to go anywhere.

The room is not big, but the hygiene is OK. It is a good choice for those who don't have high requirements. It is close to Pinganli subway station and bus station, with convenient transportation and reasonable price. However, there is a pit in the decoration of the room. The TV cabinet is hung on the wall, more than 1 meter from the ground and protruding nearly 20 centimeters from the wall. It is easy for children to hit their heads. My child is 1.1 meters tall. He hit his head and cried twice during the two nights he stayed there, and an adult hit it once.

The hotel is conveniently located, but the water supply facilities are really outrageous. I don't know if it's due to maintenance or the aging of the floor. The water from the wash basin tap can only be used with a disposable cup to wash hands. The water flow is so small that it can't wash hands clean. The shower is the same. After turning on the shower head for one minute, the water flow will gradually decrease, and finally it will drip like raindrops. It is impossible to wash, let alone take a shower.

The Home Inn written on the platform turned out to be another building where we stayed, which was not at all the standard of the Home Inn that was renovated in 2023. Moreover, I asked for a paid room upgrade for two consecutive days, but the front desk said they would reply later, but never did.

The hotel service is warm, the hygiene is clean and tidy, the room is warm and spacious, the hotel is in a prime location, the room cleaning staff is also very kind, the front desk lady is very enthusiastic, the room price is also very affordable, and the cost performance is high! Not only did I get a comfortable and pleasant stay experience, but also the fireworks of the world. This is my evaluation of this hotel, awesome!

Easy to find food, very convenient to travel, safe. Beijing has police patrolling and many surveillance cameras. There is strong coffee to drink for free in the morning. The staff is very helpful. Stayed for 4 days, the maid came to clean the room every day, changed the towels every day. They are honest and do not touch the personal belongings of the guests. I stayed on the third floor, the back building, no stairs, but I have no problem. I also booked an additional room with a transparent toilet door. If you come with friends, you have to arrange it. Make a good appointment. If I come to Beijing, I will stay here again.

1. Hygiene: The room was not properly cleaned. There was paper on the bathroom floor, a pile of double eyelid stickers next to the mirror, a disposable hair mask that someone had used up in the shower, a single condom in the bedside table, and candy left by someone else on the floor next to the bed. The next morning, I sent a message to the WeChat housekeeper, telling me that I would deal with it seriously. As a result, I still saw paper on the bathroom floor and candy next to the bed when I went back at night. This is the hygiene condition of your Home Inn. 2. Service: When I checked in on the first night, I was told at the front desk that I was in the backyard room. I didn't pay attention to this when I booked the room myself, so I accepted it. After completing the check-in procedures, I was told that there was no elevator, only stairs, and asked us to carry our suitcases to the third floor by ourselves. (A 26-inch big suitcase, a 20-inch small suitcase, two bags, and a disposable toothbrush and comb distributed by the front desk), we carried the suitcase down the stairs from the front yard, and then carried the suitcase up the stairs from the back yard. It was 10 o'clock in the evening, and there were two people at the front desk. When I asked "Do you want to carry it up yourself?", they were still indifferent. This is one of your service attitudes. 3. Service & Facilities: After entering the room, I found that the quilt was very thin and the pillow was very low. I called to have two pillows delivered; the toilet paper given was the roll of toilet paper left by the previous tenant. It was too late that night, so I didn't call for someone to deliver it. The next night, I passed by the front desk and asked for paper. I asked if there was no toilet paper? The front desk actually asked me if I lived in the front yard or the back yard. I said, "You have it but you don't give it to me?", and then I gave me a pack of three-no toilet paper. I want to ask in the comments, if you live in a hotel without even toilet paper, what kind of hotel are you running? A hotel within the Third Ring Road of Beijing, and a chain brand, how can Home Inn manage like this? 4. Service: I ordered takeaway at around 9 or 10 o'clock the next morning. The deliveryman said he couldn't get it up. He sent me a picture and left it at the front desk. I called the front desk to help deliver it. I also explained that the deliveryman left it at the front desk and which store I ordered. However, the front desk repeatedly refused. The first time, he told me that he was busy and asked me to come down and get it myself. The second time, he told me that he didn't see the takeaway and asked me where it was. I told him again that the food was at the front desk and which store I ordered. The third time, he told me that the front desk didn't see it. I was speechless. I can only say that this is the first time I write a bad review for a hotel and the last time I stay at Home Inn

It feels good. The subway is very convenient. There are lights in the alley. It is very convenient to share bicycles. The price is very cost-effective. I was given a room on the first floor. It feels good that I don't have to go up the stairs.

The hygiene is very poor. There are small flying insects in the room, which bit my son several times.

The room is old and there is no elevator. It is not recommended for those with a lot of luggage. The water pressure is low and there is no hot water for showering at night. I contacted the service staff and they said the boiler was broken. Later they said that many people needed hot water and asked me to wait a few hours before using it. It was not until the morning that hot water was available. There was no solution in the meantime. It was really bad not to shower after a day of playing.
