Header Hot Spring Hotel

Booked for hot springs and to be honest realized that I could just stay in the hot spring. Without paying for this hotel. Hit spring is amazing.

The roomsa are very spacious and clean. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Booked the hotel under the impression that there was an included hotspring, however upon checking in we realized it was jus for the room. Saving grace was the room with a tub, overall it was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was however very mediocre and lack of selection.

I didn’t take photos, but I should have. Was not the best place I’ve ever stayed at. They placed me in a good room when I arrived, but I don’t speak Chinese, so the lights, etc., wouldn’t come on. When I asked what to say, they decided, instead of teaching me how to say what I needed to, to move me to a room where I didn’t need to speak Chinese. The room was very old and outdated, and the tub was very difficult to get into, as it was between the wall and the shower, with no space between. When I would ask questions of the staff, I was laughed at and made to feel uncomfortable. The only people who treated me with grace were the cleaning staff, and they were great. I will not be staying there again.
