Classic style hotel, clean room, good support from employees although non english speakers (they can communicate via mobile translator apps). The only point of improvement would be in the bathroom - the sink from the shower clogged a couple times (and unclogged by itself during the bath), and the water from the the shower box was leaking a bit into the bathroom floor.
We got late in the breakfast (there was only 15min left before they closed it) and there was very few options to eat. When I was filling a second plate (nearer to the end time) even the spoons used to serve yourself were missing, so they seemed not to care about serving you well if you got near the end of the breakfast. Make sure to get there early.
Also, there wasn't black coffee available anywhere in the breakfast. Only coffee with milk (I can't drink milk).

Hotel is located conveniently near to Chaoyangmen Station Exit E. However the hotel has 3-4 different blocks, and the restaurant for breakfast dining is located in another block, and there is no sheltered walkways to cross over. The dining area is also ill-equipped to deal with the crowd size in the early morning for breakfast buffet, which requires queuing up and diners may feel rushed when dining in. Cleanliness is good enough. Service from receptionist and staff were also good. Facilities are okay, the corridor to the hotel room is poorly lit, and the room size is smaller than expected. There is no luggage rack to put my luggage except on the small stool or on the bed. There is also no fridge and the room temperature is fixed - the thermostat shows 20 celsius but it feels like 25 to 26 celsius instead. Had to open the windows to cool the room temperature. Overall, reasonably pleasant experience if looking from a location and service perspective.

It's a really clean hotel. I didn't hear any noise. The guys working at the reception always tried to help. I had a hard time finding a market near the hotel, I recommend you to be prepared.

Hotel was located about 2 minutes walk from Chaoyangmen station exit E. Service was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

The location is great and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Despite being non-smoking, the room had a strong smell of cigarettes that didn't go away. The walls are also very thin and you can hear everything going on in the corridors or the next rooms.
The breakfast is chinese but often had empty or cold dishes.
Not the greatest overall, but expected from the price and location

What a great hotel. It's right by the tube so really convenient. It's U shaped so really quiet inside.
I was at the back of B block and had the most quiet nights of sleep ever. Room 610
Room is recently refurbished and very nice. Lots of extra touches to help you. Like slippers, bathroom accessories, kettle, water.
The walls are somewhat thin, however guests were very considerate and barely heard.
Room is very modern and clean.
I loved the wet room but it does mean the floor is wet when you use the loo after!
Travelled alone and so room perfect, would be slightly small for a couple as far side of bed by wall.
The breakfast is plentiful, albeit majority Chinese.
Staff are very helpful, they do not speak English, but very willing to help via a translated.

Great stay, as always(3rd/4th booking ). Awesome location, and reasonable price in the bustling Chaoyang district! Around the corner from Chaoyang Men metro stop, so, easy access to the airport line and other CBD attractions.
Clean, neat facility, and responsive and helpful service. Also, there’s a Tim’s coffee in the lobby which is always a bonus !
