Really nice hotel, clean and spacious room. The shower was absolutely great and the bed was amazing, can’t find any bad note for this stay, everything was great.

The room was well-equipped and odorless. The staff provided great service, and the shower worked perfectly. Highly recommended.

This was my first stay at Atour, and what impressed me most was how clean the room was, with no strange odors. They even reimbursed my taxi fare, which was a nice way to save some money. The only minor drawback was that the room was a bit smaller than I expected, but other than that, I have no complaints.

The room is spacious and soundproof, perfect for family trips. The breakfast is also very rich, and the service from the staff is excellent. Highly recommended!

Great location! It's directly accessible by Metro Line 6 to Shichahai and Nanluoguxiang. The hotel is also quite quiet and offers a rich breakfast.

The service at Giyi is good. However, I wasn't very satisfied with the room; the value for money was extremely low. I originally booked a hotel nearby, but I immediately checked out due to hygiene issues and switched to this one (mostly because I was too lazy to carry my luggage to another place). It's twice as expensive as similar hotels in the vicinity, and compared to other Atour hotels, the quality is quite average. At the same price point, there are actually better options near the scenic area. (That day, halfway through my trip, I saw another hotel that I really liked and regretted my choice immensely.)

Excellent service and a clean environment. 2. The check-in experience was superb. The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. The front desk was very responsive, and the attention to detail throughout made the entire experience comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Chose this hotel for a business trip and it didn't disappoint. Overall, the experience was great. The room was kept very clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a good rest after a busy day. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and parking was convenient. The amenities are well-suited for business travel, and it offers great value for money.

Jean provides great service, and the rooms are clean. The hotel has changed its name, so make sure you don't go to the wrong one.

Location near Shilipu Metro Station (14 mins walk). Have 3 set washing and dryer machines for self service laundry. Clean and neat room with very helpfull staff. Hungry at night? They have free late-night snack (porridge) at 1st floor

Excellent experience! My flight was delayed, so I asked the hotel if I could check out at 3 PM, and they readily agreed. I felt right at home.

Gi Yi provided excellent service. The service was great, and the room was very clean. The facilities were complete, and the shower worked well. They also offer a thoughtful late-night congee service from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM daily.

The front desk service was very welcoming, and the room was smoke-free, as smoking is prohibited throughout the entire hotel, which made for a great environment. The breakfast was also quite tasty, with tofu pudding and wontons. Sodas and mineral water were complimentary too!

The only issue with this hotel is that it is located in the same building as many eating places share the same ventilation system. This causes the smell from cooking and grilling to permeate the corridors of the hotel. Thankfully we did not smell it in our room.
