We enjoyed our stay!! The room was amazing and the breakfast and amenities were beyond our expectations. The location was convenient to access cable car to the great wall. During our stay Moyna and Chang were incredibly helpful, courteous and provided exemplary customer service! We highly recommend staying here and we will be back.

Well-maintained hot spring japanese style hotel with excellent amenities and services. Great view to Simatai Great Wall from the room. The staffs are doing their best to fulfill your needs and with an excellent response time. Breakfast are perfect with a lot of variation and well presented. Hot spring both in room and public are well maintained and cleaned with all your needs to enjoy hot spring holiday. The gym is small but well maintained and enough to keep you fit during holidays. We think the hotel is worth every penny you spent.

Great stay at the Royal Hot Spring hotel and definitely a good spot to climb the Great Wall - Si Ma Tai due to its location. Hot spring bath tub in room and a Japanese style room and the service staffs was ready to serve and polite and try to assist us in all ways. Definitely recommended to book and stay.

Japanese style hotel with clean and nice view. Booked for two nights stay but need to cancel one night because my train was cancelled from xian due to wether. Hotel was nice to cancel my booking without any problem although the original term and condition say no cancellation 2 days before arriving. Will stay there again if have chance.

Hotel had a nice hot spring tub in our room, and the public hot spring pool was also very nice. The tatami was very kid friendly, but would have preferred all the rooms be on the same floor. One of the rooms’ tatami had a slight musty smell but not a big deal. Great location inside the water town and very close to the Simatai Great Wall cable car.

Great hotel Japanese style with hot spring

I took my parents and children to travel during the off-peak period. I specially chose a suite with a private hot spring. In general, I was very satisfied and the price was worth it. There are many advantages for everyone to discover. I am more satisfied with the room being large enough, with good lighting and ventilation. The private hot spring is hot spring water, and you can fill it with water at any time and soak it whenever you want. It is very convenient, and the service is even better. I didn’t feel it before because I didn’t have children, but now I feel that Gubei is too friendly to children! There are also special children’s products, and the panda toothbrush is absolutely praised. What is not very convenient is that our room is located on the elevator floor and one step down. The stairs are very high, and the experience of the elderly and children is very poor. The breakfast was set at 7:30 to 8 o’clock, but it came at 7 o’clock, which was too early... I was so sleepy, and the room was still very cold 🥶 There is no hot air air conditioner... But the heater was given (it doesn’t really work) But this is the best experience I have had in Gubei so many times, and it is also the first time I have children. It may be because of the children and the elderly, there are many conveniences.

The price of Yushe has always been prohibitive for us. It feels too expensive to spend several thousand a day. This National Day holiday, for some reasons, my child wanted to take a private bath. It happened to be in Gubei. After looking around, I found Yushe. I booked the cheapest superior room here for more than 2,400 a night. But to be honest, I was very disappointed. First of all, the hotel is Japanese style, but it feels old and a bit old. If you look closely, all the details are not well maintained. There are small insects in the room that fly to my face when I sleep. In the kettle and the thermos in the room, there is actually half a pot of tea and half a pot of lemon slices soaked in water made by the previous tourist. They were all poured out and rinsed for a long time. The waiter didn't even wash the pot when cleaning the room. This is unacceptable. According to everyone's comments, the breakfast is Japanese and delivered to the room. I don't know if this is only available in the particularly expensive room type or it has been changed now. Breakfast is an ordinary buffet in the restaurant. There is no such Japanese set meal. The service is good. If there is a demand after 12 o'clock in the evening, it can be responded immediately. When leaving, you can directly call a car to the parking lot. The private bath is also very convenient and not humid. But overall the price/performance ratio is still very low, two or three thousand a night is not worth it.

The room is quite big and has a Japanese style. The front desk service is very good, which is the part I want to praise. They called me one day in advance and told me that I could check in early and where to take a taxi to the parking lot. We drank in the room at night and they sent us ice cubes twice. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also delicious. The hot spring is especially good.

It is very Japanese, very clean, with private bath, tea and coffee, two washbasins, an electric toilet in the bathroom, and the welcome fruit is also very fresh. Sanitation: The sanitary conditions are the most basic, no need to worry at all. Environment: In addition to the private bath, there is also an open-air hot spring, almost no one, a quiet small courtyard, and it is worth mentioning that the breakfast is Japanese style. I forgot to take pictures, but it is very good. Service: The service is very good. The luggage was delivered to the room, and mineral water and grapefruit tea were delivered several times. I like it very much.
