The hotel's service of helping deliver takeout upstairs at night is quite good. But there are some things that I can’t understand. Because I was bitten on the thighs, back, and neck (relatively minor), I bought some medicine and reported it to the hotel after I returned to Wuhan. The hotel replied and asked if they could take a photo of him, and offered to provide private compensation. I paid for the medicine. I said no, but the hotel still wanted to compensate me for the medicine again and again. I bought the medicine twice, and after I reported the cost, the hotel asked for my receipt again. After I provided it, they asked me again. They asked me for medicine boxes and other things. I didn’t want compensation, but just reported the problem. The subsequent communication from the hotel made me more and more disgusted. It was the hotel that took the initiative to compensate me for the cost of buying medicine. I arrived at the hotel around 9pm on a business trip. I was very tired while transferring trains, but I saw no one at the front desk. I called the hotel contact number and found that my mobile phone was left at the front desk. After waiting for nearly 10 minutes, there was still no one, so I kept calling the landline before I came down. I didn't express any apology. or any explanation. I have always had a good impression of Qiuguo Hotel, but I will not choose this hotel again. Trust is accumulated little by little. I hope Qiuguo pays attention to personnel evaluation.
