Atour Hotel (Beijing Capital Airport)

It's 5:15 at night. Can you sleep? I can't sleep because I'm too hot. Hotels don't install air conditioning now? The front desk said it was natural wind. It's at least 8 degrees in Beijing at night. Can you tell me what natural wind is? I can't even feel the wind. I went to bed at 1 a.m. and woke up at 2:30 because of the heat and couldn't fall asleep. I closed the curtains so the cool wind from outside couldn't come in. If I didn't close the curtains, there was no privacy. I left the door open for a long time and the corridor was cooler than the room. I had a cold and my head was buzzing. I couldn't sleep well and I felt even more headache. This air conditioner is no different from a decoration. I upgraded my gold card when I came here. If the hotel is like this, why would I stay again? I came here to do business and thought I could get up later to avoid traffic jams, but I couldn't sleep all night because of the heat. Isn't this asking for trouble?

The hotel I stayed in on a business trip is very close to the airport. The room is very quiet, soundproofed and clean. There are many delicious takeaways around, and KFC is just downstairs. It will be my first choice for business trips to Beijing in the future!

The front desk service is very good. Like other Atour hotels, there is a reading area and gym. The beds in the twin rooms are all 1.5 meters, which are very large and comfortable. Hygiene needs to be improved, it was not cleaned properly and there were traces of previous times.

I have stayed at Atour many times, and this experience was too average. Mainly, hygiene and convenience need to be improved. After checking into the room, I wiped the countertop with tissue paper, and there were a few hairs and dust. I don’t know if it was not cleaned or if it had been unoccupied for a long time. The reason for staying here is that the service provided by the young lady and brother was very good when checking out, and they even gave the children White Rabbit toffee!

The room is comfortable. You can make tea and chat with friends. The lobby is tidy, the restaurant is clean, and the food is rich. It is very close to the Capital Airport. The service guy is very considerate. The overall comfort is great. The experience is great.
