這家店我攜程訂了一天，又在前台續住一天並且和前台確認可以第二天下午14點退房，結果第二天12點前台就打電話催我退房，我電話中説明情況，但前台不認，就一直一句話，誰同意的你找誰去我不知道，你現在必須退房，否則扣錢，真的這麼***的店我在全國這麼多年也第一次遇到，就算一些不知名的小旅館也不可能做這種事，真**噁心，真是沒見過錢還是咋滴，住這家店的朋友，前台的所有承諾一定要錄像，否則第二天直接不認，還要問前台的名字，否則叫出來也不認！最後説明下樓上是ktv，全天清晰可聞，不介意半夜k歌的就定吧！

北京品牌快捷酒店體驗之喆啡酒店
設施：酒店設施總體不錯，不過唯一希望改進的是熱水系統（熱水太猛了，調到最涼又太涼了）希望這點改進一下
衞生：衞生非常棒！在住店一星期的時間裏每天打掃🧹房間！
環境：環境總體還是不錯的，酒店入口不太明顯希望在入口出標識，建議下單選豪華大床房因為4層ktv在6層都還是能聽到一點何況普通分到5層
服務：服務還是可以的，希望增加機器人，也希望6層那到門取消，感覺設立那到沒沒有任何意義

酒店過道看起來亂糟糟的，到處都擺滿了做衞生的推車，也有不少用布包裹的床單被罩扔在地上。臨街炒不説，最惱火的是，房間本來隔音就差，旁邊房間打電話都能聽到，再遇到4樓KTV，半夜三更唱得來鬼哭狼嚎似的，心臟不好，睡眠不好的慎住！
