Overall, it was a good stay. Check-out was quick, and it was convenient to store luggage and mail packages. Alina, one of the staff members, was very enthusiastic. The location is also quite good, with a small convenience store nearby, though it was closed for the holiday. However, it's close to Xidan Shopping Mall, so you can always go there.

I got a great room upgrade. The room was clean, hygienic, very quiet, and comfortable. The front desk was excellent! They helped me store my luggage, and Alina Alice from the front desk even reminded me about an item I left in the room, otherwise I would have had to get it mailed.

Came here for a business trip during the May Day holiday, and even though the hotel was quite busy, the service was still excellent. The front desk kindly stored my luggage for free, and Alina helped me with a late check-out. Room service was also very prompt; I requested a toothbrush and it arrived quickly. I'm very satisfied with my stay.

I had a great stay here. The location is excellent for transportation, making it convenient for errands. It's close to my office, and in my free time, I explored Niujie and Qianmen, which are great for snacks. The hotel is also not far from Xidan. The front desk staff were all very kind and friendly, and they provided detailed information about local attractions. Alina Alice provided excellent service, a definite commendation!

Thanks to the front desk for the room upgrade. On the plus side, it was very clean and spacious. However, I could hear street noise from the room; better soundproofing on the windows would be an improvement. The air conditioning unit was quite loud, which disturbed my sleep a bit, and the heating wasn't very effective. I could also faintly hear noise from the adjacent room and the hallway, but it wasn't too disruptive. All other facilities were good.

This is my go-to hotel whenever I'm in town for business. The location is excellent, with easy access to the subway. What really stands out is their fantastic service – they often upgrade my room, and the cleanliness is top-notch! Highly recommend!

I came to Beijing to see a show, and since the venue was along Line 1, I chose Grand Mercure mainly for its excellent location. Plus, I could enjoy Ctrip's 10x points and room upgrade benefits. It was very convenient to get here from Beijing South Railway Station, and it's also close to Xidan Station on Line 1. I'm planning to bring my parents to Beijing in September, so I asked the front desk about family suites. The front desk staff even had a colleague show me the rooms directly – the service was truly excellent! The hotel breakfast was also quite good; I had both omelets and Jianbing. They even had alkaline buns, which are pretty uncommon in other hotels. Overall, I was very satisfied with this trip.

It's a quiet oasis in a bustling area, offering a comfortable stay. It perfectly meets the needs of business travelers with its dual convenience of transportation and shopping.
