All the staff were really Great. This was our second stay and we love the experience once again. Tom and Look were particularly helpful along with all the other staff Tom helped advised me on the best way to travel to universal studios Beijing resort, it was so easy. Lio ensured that my breakfast orders and any other requests were clearly understood and executed with perfection. All of the staff were great, did remember all the names. Walking distance to the HouHai area, Great scenery and views there

The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and friendly staff. The location is excellent, located in a traditional and beautiful hutong close to the forbidden city. The room was spacious for a couple and had everything for a pleasant stay. Tom and Misa were very helpful during my stay, both of them are friendly and recommended a lot of activities to do and see in Beijing. For the first day we received a courtesy breakfast, I really recommend the breakfast at this hotel, it's delicious. For my next visit to Beijing I'll not hesitate to book this hotel again, I really recommend this hotel.

This is one of the best hotels we stayed in during our two week trip. The location is excellent, near nightlife and yet tucked into a quiet neighborhood. The staff are very helpful, and the location excellent for getting on the subway to various parts of the city. One of the best parts is, of course, the shadow puppet performance, in which guests can see parts of ancient Chinese stories as well as an explanation of how shadow puppets are made. We were very glad we chose this hotel!

Wonderful interior in the breakfast room. This is stunning and amazing! Location is a bit off. English speaking could be a bit better. Room was okay!
