The location of the hotel is okay, very close to Niu Street. I think this is the only advantage of this hotel. The hotel facilities are very old, probably renovated at least ten years ago. The key is that the service is not friendly. The front desk is cold and there are only two bottles of mineral water in the room. In the winter in Beijing, it is very cold outside and the room is very hot and dry. Two bottles of mineral water are not enough. I want the hotel to give me one or two more bottles. Mineral water was not given. If you wanted it, you had to pay for it. I was drunk too. As a frequent business traveler, it was the first time I encountered a customer who asked for more than one bottle of mineral water and was charged (this is not about money, but how to treat it). Xiangda Building has complete facilities, is hygienic and clean, the environment is tidy, and the services are in place, especially the Tsinghua Pool intangible cultural heritage downstairs, which is a very good living experience!
