The room was spacious and came with a fridge, microwave, and dishes. Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were very friendly. I was initially worried about the ongoing renovations in the commercial area, so I specifically asked about the construction hours. The front desk reassured me that the noisy construction times on Saturdays and Sundays could be coordinated. It's a nice walk back to the hotel after watching the flag-lowering ceremony, and the surrounding area has convenient subway access, dining, and shopping options.

Every year when I visit Beijing, I choose to stay here, and I feel the service has gotten even better. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The location is super convenient, with subway access to both concert venues and Universal Studios. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. Highly recommend!

The standard-priced adult ticket for Beijing Xishan National Forest Park was good. I really loved the natural environment.

The service was incredibly thoughtful. The lobby manager even added me on WeChat, offering personalized services like water delivery, laundry, and an extra bed. The location is convenient, close to Niujie Street and Guang'anmen Hospital.

Facilities: Perfect! It's super close to both the subway station and shopping centers. Though breakfast isn't included, finding food is incredibly easy. Cleanliness: Spotless! Housekeeping cleans daily, which is fantastic. Location: Right next to the subway station. Subway Line 1 takes you directly to Tiananmen East and West, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Service: We arrived quite late for check-in, but the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They even gave us a thoughtful little gift when we checked out!

An excellent stay! The room was very spacious, and the customer service was fantastic. I will definitely choose to stay here again for my next business trip. The location is superb; it's very convenient for dining and right across from Joy City, making shopping incredibly easy.

The service was excellent, and the room was much cleaner and tidier than I had anticipated. The front desk staff were exceptionally helpful. Security measures were also great. The air was very fresh, and the garden was beautifully maintained, with staff pruning and watering it every morning.

This hotel is the absolute pinnacle for a Beijing trip! The subway is just a 10-minute walk away. The room is incredibly spacious, divided into three separate areas: a living room, a kitchen (with a sink, microwave, and fridge), a bathroom, and the bedroom itself. Each space is huge. The bathroom is bright and clean, and the living room has a sofa and a small dining table, perfect for friends to gather, eat, and chat without disturbing each other even if some are early risers and others stay up late. It's surrounded by commercial areas, so finding food is never an issue. No wonder my friend kept recommending this place!

Happy with the location, as it’s walking distance to both line 1 and line 4 metro exit. There is also few shopping malls to explore nearby, can buy food, clothes etc. Of course, you can also order food delivery using the food delivery app, *******. The only thing to take note is collect at level one near the entrance where they have a shelf for food deliveries. I’m satisfied with the room size, plus I was surprise with the storeroom.

Great location, but the rooms are a bit dated and more like small apartments. They were undergoing renovations during my stay, so I'm not sure about the rooftop garden. It's a bit pricey unless you specifically want to stay in Xidan.

Excellent location in Xidan. The room was exceptionally spacious with a comfortable sofa and a large fridge. The bathroom was clean and tidy. Five-star service: 24-hour friendly front desk service, meticulous housekeeping, and a manager who was particularly professional and proactive in meeting all requests. I've stayed here three times in the past 18 months, each for 4-7 days, and it's always been a perfect experience. Highly recommended for couples, business travelers, families, and solo guests.

The room was very spacious and bright, and it even had a garden terrace. It was also very neat and clean. The hotel staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, were incredibly warm and welcoming. They were very prompt in helping us resolve any issues. On our first day in Beijing, we encountered traffic control, and the hotel front desk was very patient and thorough in assisting us with checking in. We are very grateful. Beijing is wonderful!

I'm giving five stars to the lobby manager. The gentleman who checked us in, who I believe was a manager, was incredibly helpful. Due to traffic control, he guided us over the phone and even offered to pick us up if we couldn't find the hotel. But thanks to his clear directions, we found it easily. However, we found a body hair from a previous guest in a bath towel, which was quite disgusting. The floor was also warped, so the room's cleanliness definitely needs improvement. If it weren't for the extremely warm and friendly front desk and lobby manager, I wouldn't have given a perfect score. The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of good food options nearby. Also, the garden is truly beautiful; I wonder who the gardener is. The hotel boasts a stunning high-rise garden, and to maintain a northern garden so beautifully is truly a talent.
