Grand Millennium Beijing

This stay was fantastic! A special shout-out to Fiona at the front desk. Check-in was incredibly fast, and she was polite and friendly throughout. She proactively explained all the hotel facilities, and when I encountered a couple of issues during my stay, she resolved them promptly and professionally. Her thoughtful and attentive service made my trip extra comfortable. Highly recommend!

Zoe at the front desk was professional and courteous. The check-in process was smooth, and she was quick to respond to my inquiries. Her thoughtful and polite service significantly enhanced my stay, making it definitely worth returning for.

The hotel's food was fantastic, and breakfast was great too. The elevator attendant was particularly helpful.

Even though I arrived around 12 PM, my room wasn't ready yet! However, the front desk staff was very enthusiastic and met all the requests I made when booking. The housekeeping staff provided excellent service! The room amenities were comprehensive and very thoughtfully designed.

Here I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips. I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names. This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather. I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute. This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine! (I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)

Extremely satisfied, stayed for two nights. The bathtub was incredibly comfortable, with a view of the outside. A big plus for the entire room was how quiet it was, and the bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Highly recommend.

The location is pretty good, near the financial district. However, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel of this caliber where the mini-bar had no drinks. I was quite shocked when I felt unwell in the middle of the night and wanted a carbonated drink but couldn't find any 😱. I called the hotel (using the number linked directly on Trip.com) from outside because of an issue, and they said it was the main switchboard and they needed to transfer me to the front desk. They were all busy, so they asked me to leave my number and said they'd get back to me later. But I never heard back. These two points really don't match the service level expected of a five-star hotel!

The location is excellent, making it my top choice for business trips. The breakfast is also quite good. The only minor inconvenience is that food deliveries don't get sent up to the room by a robot.
