It’s a great place, the staff is friendly. The elevator is a bit slow though, but I like the staff they are kind and big hearted. The environment is very quiet, you can barely feel any noise and super close to the subway. I love it 😍

Rooms were very clean and it was really close to the metro station which was really nice, the room is a lil small but it was all fine as we only went to the room to sleep

The service was soooo good. Loved the services and the help of the lady on the desk. Loved it. Would come back again 🥰

Strategic location, just next to SuZhouJie MRT. Walking distance to few neighborhoods mall, lots of local food nearby. Staffs are very friendly. The only cons is the hotel is next to main road, a bit noisy during peak hours.

The location is great, staff was very helpful and the room clean. A little small, but that was expected. Only one problem: the door lock kept beeping randomly, so I couldn't sleep. At one point I asked at the reception and they just removed the batteries. Good immediate fix, but cost me some hours of sleep 👍🏻

The room was clean but much smaller than expected. Most annoying was the complete lack of electrical outlets in the room and especially around the bed, which made it a pain to charge my phone/laptop. The room was also quite noisy - both from outside and the rooms above/next door. Disappointing, compared to previous stays at this hotel.

The room service is also thoughtful and the service staff has a rigorous work attitude. The temperature in the room is also very good. The car at the intersection is quite convenient. There are many bicycles like small yellow cars at the intersection.

The service is very considerate. They will ask if you need to bring a bottle of water when you go out, and take the initiative to help with luggage, considering issues from the customer's perspective.

The hotel is in a great location, with Line 10 just downstairs. The front desk guys and girls are very nice and friendly. I booked a room for my parents and they agreed to reserve a quiet room on a high floor. The overall environment is clean and tidy, highly recommended
