This is always my go-to choice; it's very convenient. It seems like all the shops in the basement have changed, and I hope they get new tenants soon. The hotel itself is excellent, with very modern facilities and a great restaurant. The gym is fully equipped, and the surrounding area is also very lively.

We chose this hotel because my daughter's clinical exam was right across the street, and it turned out to be a real gem. 1. Upon check-in, Duty Manager Wang Dandan assisted us. I mentioned my daughter was taking an exam and asked for a quiet room. Manager Wang immediately upgraded our room type and gave us a truly satisfying room. 2. The next morning at breakfast, my daughter barely ate anything due to waking up early and exam stress. I asked the restaurant staff if I could take a few pastries for her to eat when she returned, and they immediately provided a to-go box for me to select items. 3. My daughter had three exams on Sunday, with the last one starting at 4:30 PM. I requested a late check-out, and Manager Wang enthusiastically coordinated and got approval for it. I always stay here; the environment and service are excellent, and they respond quickly. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the hotel's overall facilities are comprehensive, with several restaurants to choose from, catering to different needs.

The hotel is conveniently located, the room is clean and tidy, and the concierge service is enthusiastic.

I booked this hotel on behalf of a guest, and it's relatively new in the area. The hotel service was excellent, and the environment was very pleasant, leaving a great impression on the guest! They even gave a small gift after checkout! Highly recommended!

Although clients always request to book this place whenever they visit, it's largely due to its convenient location. The experience would probably be even better if the front desk staff had a higher proficiency in English.

The whole family was satisfied. The guest relations department contacted us in advance and upgraded us to a family room, which was fantastic: the room was spacious, well-ventilated, and even had a washing machine – it was incredibly comfortable! For this price, the overall experience completely exceeded our expectations! Oh, and the big ice cream cones were cheap and delicious.

The room was clean and the service was great. The Kalcity Energy City downstairs was very convenient for kids to play sports, eat, work out, and swim. Highly recommended! I forgot my charging cable when checking out, and the hotel proactively notified me and even mailed it back for free. Thumbs up!
