It’s a good hotel for the price. Big complaints for the leaking shower. Water flows out of the shower and wets the bathroom floor. Told front desk about it but nothing was done or could be done. Breakfast was ok but hard to find a seat. Executive lounge was good with limited food selection but great drink selection. Big thanks to concierge that traced out returned packages that the hotel refused to receive because they cannot confirm the guest name. All worked out in the end.

This is my first time in Sheraton hotel. It was really good. I appreciate the front desk manager, Lulu. She was really nice and helpful. The hotel was in excellent condition. We will definitely back to the Sheraton. See you soon☺️

It's an experience. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of opulence and impeccable service. The staff is incredibly attentive, anticipating your needs before you even have to ask.
The rooms are a haven of comfort and style. Each one is spacious and beautifully appointed, with luxurious amenities like plush bedding, marble bathrooms, and breathtaking views.
The hotel's dining options are equally impressive..
Overall, my stay was truly unforgettable.

Decent enough hotel. We stayed at the club lounge and it was pretty good. Food wasn't amazing but ok for a typical Chinese hotel. Drinks were good. Nothing immediately in the vicinity of the hotel but it's a good base, especially to walk around the drum tower and the surrounding hutongs which is a short didi ride away. Fairly good value for money.

The hotel was very beautiful and smelled great. The concierge, front desk, and dining employees were kind and helpful. I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Also, the breakfast buffet was delicious.
