The Lakeview Hotel

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the North Gate of Peking University, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The front desk kindly upgraded my room for free, which was spacious and bright with convenient facilities. The outdoor environment was beautiful and tranquil, which I really liked. I ordered a lot of food deliveries, and the robot always delivered them promptly. I also troubled the staff to clean my room quite late, and they were all very friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel location is great, right next to Peking University, making it very convenient to visit both Peking University and Tsinghua University. Transportation is also very convenient, with the subway and bus stops not far away. The front desk staff and the cleaning aunties are all very friendly.

The hotel is conveniently located near Peking University and Tsinghua University, and also close to the Old Summer Palace, so the geographical location is quite good, and the environment is decent. However, dining is very inconvenient as there are no commercial areas nearby. The hotel's breakfast is also very expensive and offers very little to eat, definitely not worth the price.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, nestled between Peking University and Tsinghua University, making it super convenient for our child's study tour. My child even called it a 'blessed place.' The front desk manager, Chen Wei, and housekeeping staff, Jin Liwen, are true examples of dedicated service. They genuinely listen to and understand customer needs, offering timely suggestions and solutions. We initially planned to stay just one night, but after a tiring study tour and experiencing such a pleasant hotel, we decided to extend our stay for another night. As the saying goes, 'there's no such thing as pure gold, and no perfect person,' and the same applies to hotels. While there might be a few minor imperfections, knowing that the hotel has employees who are so dedicated, humble in listening to feedback, and diligent in meeting customer needs gives me great confidence. I believe that with such meticulous and skilled individuals leading the way, the hotel's future development will undoubtedly be brighter.

The hotel lobby is beautiful and the room is quite spacious, with a view of the hotel garden from the window. The cleaning lady, Liao Xuemei, is very kind and polite; she always greets us proactively. When we needed something replenished in the room, she delivered it right away.

The service was excellent. Zhang Mengjiao at the front desk was very enthusiastic and even gave us a small gift.

My stay at the Boya International Hotel in Beijing far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Peking University, offering a strong scholarly atmosphere. The environment is elegant and quiet, the rooms were spotless, the bedding was comfortable, and the facilities were very well-maintained. The breakfast had a rich and delicious selection. It was incredibly convenient for both sightseeing and business. A special shout-out to Managers Chen Wei and Li Qiqi! They were incredibly patient and meticulous during check-in, proactively helping with room type arrangements and answering questions about travel routes. When I had a last-minute request, their response was incredibly fast, and their handling of issues was professional and thoughtful. Throughout, their attitude was gentle and patient, without any perfunctoriness – they truly made me feel at home. With both excellent hardware and software, plus the outstanding service from these two managers, this stay was exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel if you're in the Haidian area, and I'll definitely prioritize booking Boya again on my next trip to Beijing.
