Ramada by Wyndham Beijing Airport

The staff were very helpful. The front desk promptly communicated with the driver, and our later scheduled airport pickup was changed to an earlier one. However, for some reason, the driver got lost on the way from the airport back to the hotel, which caused a bit of a delay 😅. Also, the morning shuttle to the airport runs once an hour; it would be even better if it ran every half hour, just like the pickup service! The breakfast was a buffet with a wide variety of options. The room was also spacious and well-equipped. They even provided earplugs for sleeping, which was a thoughtful touch.

Booking online and checking in were both incredibly convenient. The front desk and staff were very warm, attentive, and patiently answered all sorts of questions. While the hotel facilities are a bit older, they are exceptionally clean and tidy, and have a simple yet grand feel. The cleanliness inside the hotel is particularly outstanding. The environment is excellent. Dining, self-service laundry, and fitness facilities are all well-equipped. The hotel also has its own shop selling various specialty gifts and daily necessities. There were also many guards staying at the hotel, which was a nice touch. You are also very good.

The hotel environment was quite quiet, and the staff were friendly. They offer a free airport shuttle service. The breakfast was very basic. It's a good choice if you're heading to the airport the next day, and a taxi ride is only about 10 minutes.

The room experience was fantastic; a one-night stay washed away all my fatigue. Special shout-out to Anne at the front desk, who was incredibly professional and friendly.

This hotel is excellent, very classy and clean. They even offer airport drop-off services. My flight was at 7 AM, and they had a car ready by 4 AM. The room was spacious. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Can the airport shuttle driver be a bit more gentle? Or maybe they're just too tired. The hotel should really hire more drivers. The bus was driven so aggressively, with so many foreign tourists on board. Beijing is the face of our country, and this is truly unbelievable. The driver was cursing and speeding, I thought the big bus was going to tip over.
