Hepingli Hotel

The hotel service was incredibly thoughtful, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming. The front desk was professional, the room was very clean, and the toiletries were all carefully selected – definitely a big thumbs up for that! 👍 Our family stayed for a long time during the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holidays in Beijing, and our stay was comfortable, making our trip enjoyable. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. We even woke up early to watch the flag-raising ceremony. The hotel also has a restaurant, offers complimentary 'goodnight porridge', and provides daily snacks and fruits. During our stay, the cleaning lady, Ms. Liu, was incredibly helpful, responding quickly and with great enthusiasm. She cleaned our room every day, refilled water, and replenished paper supplies with great attention to detail. Because we had an elder in our group who preferred a firm mattress, two cleaning ladies even helped us change to a harder bed. Thanks to this, the elder rested well throughout the trip and enjoyed their time. This kind of star-rated service definitely deserves praise! 👍 We were very satisfied with this stay and have already recommended the hotel to friends and family. We will certainly stay here again on our next visit to Beijing! 😊

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is quite close to both the subway and bus stations, making it very convenient for getting around. They also provide snacks daily. The soundproofing is decent.

The location is excellent, super convenient for getting around, and there's free parking. The ice cream at the front desk is cheap and delicious, and they even offer late-night snacks. We also ordered food from the hotel, and it tasted great. There are many restaurants nearby too – it's just so convenient! The hotel staff are enthusiastic, dedicated, and responsible. The cleaning lady is incredibly friendly; she cleaned our trash daily, brought us water, paper, and all sorts of supplies, plus a daily fruit delivery! We stayed for 5 days and didn't want to leave! Next time I go to Beijing, I'm definitely staying here again!

They upgraded us to an executive room without an extra charge, and we stayed for six days. The lobby offers unlimited chrysanthemum tea and lemon tea. All the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially Auntie Yang from the laundry room, who was gentle and patient and helped us wash and dry our clothes. Also, Cui, from housekeeping, brought us snacks every day and even a small gift for the child, which made them very happy. It's about a 9-minute walk to the subway station, not too far, so it's a quiet spot amidst the hustle and bustle. I'll definitely come back next time. I was guest 6419.

This hotel near my home is an international hotel that can host foreign guests. It was renovated a few years ago and is similar to a Hanting Premium hotel. However, the mattress is too soft, which might be uncomfortable for those with back problems.

An excellent stay! This is my second time in Beijing, and I blindly chose Hepingli this time. The price was similar to my last booking, but the service was incredibly thoughtful and warm. Upon check-in, we were upgraded to an executive twin room. Every evening, an auntie would deliver snacks, and the laundry room was very convenient to use. The auntie even proactively helped us keep an eye on the time to return our clothes. Seeing that we had children, they also prepared small gifts. The hotel isn't far from the subway station, making it very convenient for sightseeing in Beijing and saving a lot on taxi fares. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing. The room was very clean and smelled lovely. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. It's really close to the metro station, just a few minutes' walk. When you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room, which is cool. The soundproofing in the room was also excellent; I didn't hear any noise during my two-night stay. The front desk even gave me a free late-night snack voucher when I checked in, but I didn't get a chance to use it. All the staff were very friendly and polite. I'm very satisfied.
