Location was fantastic, walking distance to tiananmen, forbidden city and wangfujing shopping street. You can see the forbidden city at the 8th floor outdoor balcony. Room was ok, bath floor tend to flood a bit during a shower.

Great Location and Amazing Rooftop!
The location of the hotel was very convenient — perfect for exploring Beijing! While the room was quite small and the only window faced directly onto a wall, we didn’t mind too much as we spent most of our time out discovering the city. The room was very clean and neat, which we appreciated.
The highlight was definitely the rooftop — absolutely stunning! We enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets there, a perfect way to end each day.
Overall, a good stay for short city trips where you're mostly out and about!

Fantastic location. Just a short walk to WANGFUJING Shopping street and TIANANMEN. Kids love the roof top garden. Oh yes, free usage of washing machine and dryer. Yeah !!

This hotel offers a great location, just a few minutes walk from Tiananmen square (don't forget to book your tickets a day in advance). There are complementary snacks, drinks and a coffee machine in the rooms and the rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. They are cleaned daily.
The best thing about this hotel is the rooftop cafe and bar, boasting a view of Beijing and the forbidden city from above. Food and drinks are reasonably priced on the rooftop terrace. The staff are friendly and helpful.
I would stay here again.

Just got back from a few days at this hotel in Beijing, and it was awesome! The room was comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.
The location is super convenient, right near Wangfujing, which is a fun shopping area. Plus, it’s just one metro stop from the Forbidden City, making it easy to check out the sights.
I have to give a shoutout to Jeff, the concierge. He was super friendly and really helpful. You could tell he genuinely cared about making our stay great. I’d give him a five-star rating for sure!
Overall, I’d recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Beijing!

Hotel with a very good location. Right next to the forbidden city and with a great roof terrace.
The hotel room and bathroom were very large. The cleanliness was good, but there were some signs of wear and tear in the room and bathroom.
The hotel has a small gym. However, the equipment is limited to two treadmills, dumbbells and a pulley.
There are also washing machines and lockers to lock your luggage (self service). The staff are nice, but speak little or no English. Check-out until 2pm!

We had a great experience staying at the Urcove Hyatt. The family room was spacious and comfortable. The cleaners and receptionists, especially Faye, were very helpful and friendly. The hotel's location is perfect for accessing the main Beijing landmarks.
