The best place to stay for a great Beijing experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. We had an early morning flight and the early check in was much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Jingyuan Courtyard Hotel for just one night, and it was truly memorable. The hotel is set in a traditional siheyuan courtyard that feels like stepping back in time. Red columns, carved windows, and the warm glow of lanterns create a unique sense of coziness and harmony. The highlight is the atmosphere of old Beijing: you can enjoy a cup of tea in the peaceful courtyard and forget that you’re in the middle of a bustling city. A perfect place for travelers who value not only comfort but also cultural authenticity.

Jingyuan courtyard hotel is situated in a quiet location at the same time its just walking distance to everything! The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast is simple yet good with homecooked dishes that changes everyday. Totally recommend people to stay there!

Great location, convenient for the Forbidden City and walking street. Good opportunity for guests who want to experience ancient space. The service attitude is very good, especially the lady who cooks breakfast is very kind, has supported my children. The receptionist is also very polite and always ready to support you. Hope they maintain this quality of service in the future.

Beautiful courtyard stay experience. So conveniently located among shops and eateries. Is about 2-min walk to nearest metro. Despite being in a busy shopping area, you will feel a sense of serenity and peace when you are within the courtyard and room. Highlight was sitting at the courtyard to enjoy the spring breeze and flowers. Also the sumptuous breakfast buffet prepared by staff. So home-cooked and delicious. The property offers lots of privacy and security. Highly recommend to stay there the next time in Beijing too.

Bad value for money. Hutong is nice but common areas are not well kept. Very poor breakfast

Beautiful historic hotel in a central location right behind Jinyu Hutong metro. The hotel is steps away from Wangfujing and very convenient for shopping, restaurants, coffee shops (Starbucks and Grid Coffee are round the corner) if you need your fix!) Spacious rooms with great aircon and incredibly comfortable beds and pillows - had the best nights sleep here! Very quiet as well given the location. The reception staff are helpful, they speak some English. The breakfast lady is very sweet and cooks up an amazing variety of tasty breakfast dishes every day (lots of veggie options)

It has been a great stay in Jingyuan Courtyard Hotel during our 5 days 4 night stay in Beijing. More like a home than a hotel. We have breakfast everyday prepared by the kitchen and the dishes change everyday. Recommended to take breakfast prepared by them, unless you dislike Chinese food then you can make an order for food delivery. Remember to ask the counter for any queries, they are friendly to give advice and help.

Very special hotel, love the unique Chinese furniture and decoration which you can hardly find it elsewhere now, indeed a great experience! Staff is very helpful and friendly! Be careful of the mosquitoes in summer though.

It was such an unique experience to stay in a courtyard hotel, ie a 四合院， it felt like travelled back to China in the olden days. Despite this hotel being more than a 100 years old, the toilets were upgraded to modern standard, and it was thoughtfully designed such that the sink area is installed outside the toilet, making it more convenient for the guests, especially for family room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. When we asked to add an additional mattress to the extra bed, it was done so when we came back from our trip. We didn't purchase the tickets to the Gugong museum, ie 故宫博物馆 and Prince Gong mansion, ie 恭王府，the staff happily helped us to book and taxis to various places as well. All in all, we really enjoyed the service extended to us! It is no doubt hotel staff in China places their guests at top priority, making them at home at all times.

We have a pleasant stay there. The location is excellent. it is very near to metro station and shopping centres. The staff are very friendly, kind and helpful. The aunty cooks delicious breakfast for us. This is a memorable stay for us. Thank you.

Our stay at Jing Yuan Courtyard Hotel was a pleasant experience. It is ideally located in Wangfuying area. A short walk from JinyuHutong MTR station. But far from Wangfujing MTR station and bus stop. There is a Starbucks and Mcdonalds few steps away. Daily Chinese breakfast available from 7-930am. Staffs are very courteous and accommodating. Bedrooms are clean and smell good. Staffs clean the surroundings daily. We even have an open air shaded garden where we can sit, eat, chat and idle the day away. We recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a difference ambiance from traditional hotels.

The hotel is located in a bustling downtown area, yet it is quiet and peaceful. It is very quiet at night and will not be disturbed. The room facilities are very complete, the courtyard environment is very good, and the breakfast is delicious and tasty.
