這家漫心是住過第二次了，去故宮就一定會定這家酒店。服務超級棒，每個服務員都是很親切的，不是那種冷冰冰的商務禮儀式的微笑。地理位置也是超級棒的，旁邊就是四季民福，酒店還可以幫忙取號，走路到故宮衹要20分鐘。設施，有小機器人送餐，然後馬桶窗簾啥的都是智能的，就還行吧，主要是挺久了這家，所以淋浴噴頭看着有點舊舊的，其他都很不錯，裝修也是比較時尚的風格。唯二不足的是，1.房間偏小，在某些房內結構設計上還是可以微調的更合理的。比如至少要留個能攤開24寸行李箱的位置。2.因為冬天大樓集中供暖，導致房間衹有暖氣，太熱太乾，南方寶寶受不了啊。最後的解決方案就是關掉空調打開窗户，放個加濕器。希望以後能調整。

We have a nice experience staying at hotel. The hotel is really near to the The Forbidden City, just take a short distance by walking and nearby Wangfujing Walking Street. All staffs are really friendly and supportive. The room is perfect and comfortable, being cleaned everyday. Recommend to stay here.

早上到的所以不能入住，晚上回來的時候給了個房間，但是房間不能上鎖。獨自出行不是第一次遇到這種問題了，酒店前台解決的挺快的，給我升了一晚然後讓我明天再收拾搬回去。最後給我的房間是p2，還挺好的。
酒店的空調是中央空調，衹制熱，晚上一直在流汗。前台説要涼快點的話衹能開窗，我試試看開了點但是可能住二樓（旁邊又有個烤鴨店），聞着有煙味還挺重的。白天不知道是不是有裝修，但是晚上還挺安靜的。五樓有洗衣機和餐廳，早餐挺好吃的（有幾道菜有點鹹）
整體住的還不錯，非常靠近故宮了（走了十分鐘左右就到東華門），地鐵站也挺方便的，我一個人提着箱子也沒覺得很麻煩。就是打車回來的通常都會堵車，打車走的話沒啥事兒。

I would definitely book here again. They provide you with all the amenities you will need. It's conveniently located within walking distance to The Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. There's several restaurants, shops, and a mall within a 5 min walk as well. I highly recommend this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and very helpful!

The room was excellent and very clean. The kids loved the room we booked. The location was convenient, close to the walking street, the subway, and many restaurants. The staff were very helpful.

位置絕佳，前台服務禮貌周到。整體環境還是不錯的，周遭很多景區，10分方便。美食小吃也不少。，北京該有的美食樣樣都具備了。
