The hotel facilities are great, it's very clean, and the environment is pleasant. The service is excellent. The restaurant right at the entrance is also quite good. It's super convenient as it's right on Chang'an Avenue and Beijing Railway Station is just around the corner. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town.

The room is really nice. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Environment: Very good. Service: The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, polite, and gentle. Facilities: Strong antique charm.

The place is located in Suzhou Alley, next to Youtong Street, about 200 meters into the hutong. The room is not big, but the soundproofing is good. There's a terrace in the middle of the courtyard, which is very quiet, and you can only see the rooftops nearby. In the evening, you can take a stroll in the vicinity, though Jianguomennei Street nearby can be quite bustling.

The place is not as strategic, bigger grab car was unable to drive through due to the path is too narrow. We had difficulty to charge our device using the adaptor. Staff wasn't trained professionally to answer customer queries. Overall is okay to stay for 4 pax for a short night. Nothing fanciful

Cleanliness: Very clean. Ambiance: Located in a *hutong* (alleyway), it's a traditional Beijing *siheyuan* (quadrangle courtyard) with a small terrace. Service: I arrived quite late, around 1:30 AM, but the front desk attendant was still smiling and incredibly patient. They even upgraded our room for free, which was much appreciated!

1. Cigarette butts and hair were scattered everywhere. 2. After checking in, I was told it would take an hour for the air conditioning to heat up the room. It was so cold I couldn't sleep or take a shower. 3. The TV only offered paid programs; there were almost no free channels. 4. The staff's attitude when trying to resolve issues was very arrogant. They just told me it couldn't be done and offered no further explanation. 5. After checking out, I developed red, festering, and pus-filled bumps on my legs.

Great location amongst the hutongs, which were intriguing to explore, close enough to walk to Tiananmen Square and the forbidden city

Location is ideal very close to two metro stations. Affordable and clean. Fresh towels everyday. Cute loft with friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

It's an average, pretty standard hotel. Nothing particularly special about it. The location is convenient, but it's a bit hard to find. Taxi drivers even had to ask for directions. Also, the hotel is a bit stingy. They're reluctant to provide tissues, and you won't even find good quality bottled water.
