First of all, we were going to Universal the next day, and we didn’t check into the hotel until after eleven o’clock in the evening. Express hotels can't be made like this. Poor sound insulation is a common problem. Needless to say, the breakfast is also very ordinary. It doesn't feel like home like before.

I booked 468 a week ago, but I went to check in the day before yesterday and it became 385 with breakfast included! 80% of the negative reviews are price, and the remaining 20% is breakfast. 房間跟來之前看到圖一樣！！房間挺好看的，雖然是最便宜的房間但是該有的都有了，還挺大的不會像一些酒店的房間那樣小得難受。床品浴巾雖然不是很新，但是非常乾淨，房間也收拾得挺乾淨的。服務也很好，之前行李箱壞了需要修一下，工作人員二話不説上樓來幫忙修了，真的態度很好。樓下有免費自助咖啡，還有飲水機。去環球度假區有班車，時間安排得非常nice，早上去得正好，既不用排太久也不太靠後，是比較早進場的，可以很快玩到第一個項目，我們是排了不到20分鐘玩的火種源爭奪戰，很棒。

距離環球影城很近，有通勤大巴車免費去和迴環球影城，前台可以租賃哈利波特服裝，免費升艙，門口有天宮院小吃、超市，燒烤和羊湯等，配套齊全。

優點 有個獨立的停車場，對自駕遊的我們非常友好。有環球的班車，8點多發車 缺點 酒店設施比較舊，窗户晚上風吹的一直有異響。 兩個人入住想多要一床被子，告訴我沒有被子了，一個酒店被子都沒有多餘備用，我真是笑了，服務人員還説的理直氣壯，樓道很黑，本着對喆啡品牌的信任定的，很顯然他辜負了。

房間大而且乾淨整潔，服務人員也都很nice，帶孩子去環球的，有班車接送還可以在前台租賃魔法袍，很方便。續住了一晚上，從環球回來發現房間已經打掃過了，估計是工作人員看我們比較能喝水，還專門給多放了瓶水，很貼心
