Lavande Hotel (Beijing Changyang Metro Station)

The hotel's hygiene and environment are excellent. It's right by the subway station, making getting around super convenient, and there are lots of local snacks nearby. They even upgraded my room, which had a fantastic view. The room was really bright and airy in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I was very satisfied with the room, they upgraded my room type. The front desk staff were excellent, responding promptly to every request. It's also conveniently located near a subway station and a food hub, making it super easy to get anywhere or find something to eat.

The Mousse mattress provided an excellent sleep experience, which was incredibly refreshing after a busy day. The smart room control system is perfect for business travelers who want convenience. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries are of good quality. The front desk was responsive, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation and complete amenities, making it very suitable for business travel. Five-star recommendation!

Upon entering the hotel, the staff noticed I had a lot of luggage and proactively opened the door, asking if I needed assistance. I'm quite picky, but the staff patiently showed me various rooms. I booked this place after reading many reviews, and when they aren't busy, they're happy to accommodate reasonable requests. It's the little details that show their genuine care. The breakfast was also delicious, and it's excellent value for money!

The environment is great. I left something behind in the hotel and the staff helped me arrange for it to be shipped, so the service attitude was excellent!

The room is nice, the environment is great, and the view is fantastic. The shower music is a bit strange though; I'd suggest removing it entirely. Also, the window screen is broken. The space is quite spacious and it offers good value for money.
