Xijiao Hotel

An established hotel with a prime location, well-maintained facilities, and excellent service.

I was taking my child to register at Tsinghua University, and the Xijiao Hotel offered a free shuttle service, which was incredibly convenient. The staff even helped with loading and unloading luggage – excellent! The room was very clean and quiet, and the front desk service was fantastic. They even gave us a little bear towel and a booklet introducing nearby universities, which was a very thoughtful touch. The courtyard was comfortable, and it was a short ride to Tsinghua University in the evening, only about ten minutes on a shared bike. This hotel is highly recommended!

Tsinghua University's new semester is starting, and the hotel thoughtfully arranged a shuttle bus. Front desk staff member Fan Li provided excellent and enthusiastic service.

The location is excellent, very close to Tsinghua University and Wudaokou, making travel very convenient. The room decor feels a bit dated, but it's clear the hotel is making an effort to improve, as the hairdryer and eye-care lamp, among other amenities, were surprisingly good. [Strong] The breakfast was great, very rich and varied, and their Jianbing Guozi (fried pancake with crisp cracker) was the best I've had at any hotel. I happened to visit during a heavy rainstorm in Beijing, and I'm especially grateful to Ms. Sun from reservations and Supervisor Yu. Their service was warm and thoughtful, they were diligent and responsible, and communication was smooth. Whether it was lending an umbrella or giving directions for a taxi, they made everything easy and reliable. I'll definitely contact them first for my next stay. Also, the default check-out time is 1 PM, which is a commendable perk!

Xiao Yang from reservations was incredibly professional and patient. She was genuinely warm and helpful, promptly answering all my questions and even arranging a late check-out for me. She was truly excellent, and I'll definitely be staying here again.

I chose Xijiao Hotel for my business trip to Beijing this time, and it turns out it was an excellent decision! The location is quiet yet central, close to Tsinghua University, Peking University, and Yuanmingyuan Park, with convenient transportation. The hotel has an elegant ambiance, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bedding is especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I must give a special shout-out to Fangfang. From check-in to check-out, she was incredibly responsive to all my requests, replying to messages and resolving issues super quickly – no waiting necessary at all!

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. It was quiet and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. I particularly liked the spacious desk. The hotel's location near Tsinghua University is very convenient.

This courtyard-style hotel has a great atmosphere and is conveniently located. Special thanks to front desk staff Li Jian and Fan Li for their excellent service; they helped coordinate our room and even provided complimentary breakfast. We were very satisfied!

Li Jian and Jun Jie provided excellent service, making me feel right at home. The hotel is very quiet and I had a very comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time!
