The room is spacious with two large beds and it's very quiet. There's a convenience store downstairs, and public transport (bus and subway) is easily accessible. Sanlitun Gully is right next door, which is very lively with many restaurants.

The apartment is the same as reflected as the photos, spacious and well equipped. There is a washing machine and dryer, both with Chinese and English words. Location is good, near major shopping and food district. But most impressive is the service. The bulter is very prompt in his reply, almost replying within seconds. Even when I merely mentioned something to the housekeeper, the bulter would text me via wechat to assure me things are ok. Very thankful for the high responsive rate.

First off, let's talk about the location. It's right near Sanlitun. You can exit D at Gongti subway station and go straight to Sanlitun for dining and shopping, which is super nice. The subway A exit also leads directly to the guesthouse, which is very convenient. Next, let's discuss the room layout. Three good friends came to Beijing for shopping and chose this guesthouse. It's clean and tidy, with two large beds, some kitchenware, a microwave, a sofa, and a small dining table. The room is also quite spacious, bigger than a typical budget hotel. The bedding is very comfortable too. All in all, a great review. I didn't take any photos of the room, but I did enjoy a lot of beautiful scenery.

Location is near to metro station. Below the apartment has a 24hrs convenient store which we visit almost daily. Beside has a mall with restaurants and chagee tea. Check in and out was a breeze. Communication with hotel is via wechat and very fast and responsive. Daily room service also v good. There's a washing machine and clothes hanger rack which we use daily for our laundry. Highly recommend this room.

We had a wonderful stay in Beijing last week with our family. The apartment was very comfortable and perfectly suited for us, especially traveling with two children. Its prime location in the heart of the city made it very convenient to get around, and having a 24/7 convenience store right beside the apartment was an added bonus. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and came with all the necessary amenities, which were provided free of charge and very beneficial throughout our stay. It really felt like a home away from home. The owner was also extremely helpful, kind, and friendly, which made our experience even more pleasant. Overall, this apartment is highly recommended for families visiting Beijing — it’s comfortable, well-located, and truly value for money.
