CitiGO Hotel (Nanluoguxiang, Houhai, Beijing)

Hygiene: Clean Environment: Very good, convenient. Nanluoguxiang is right outside the door, and the subway station is next to it. There's a hotpot place nearby that I tried in the evening and it was excellent. Service: It was raining a bit in the morning, and the lady at the front desk walked me to the subway station. So thoughtful! Definitely a five-star review.

The room was very comfortable, stylishly decorated, and clean, perfectly matching my aesthetic, and my child loved it too. The front desk staff were warm and provided excellent service, and the mini-fridge had great drinks. After checking out, they even gave us a small gift, and when it started raining, they thoughtfully offered raincoats. Highly recommend, I'll definitely stay here again next time.

The room facilities were comprehensive and functional. The Nanluoguxiang subway station is just a few steps away, making getting around incredibly convenient. The staff provided attentive and warm service, and the room was cleaned neatly and tidily. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options with plenty of hot dishes. The entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. 🙂

The room was clean and the facilities were quite new. Nanluoguxiang was just around the corner. The window view was also lovely, full of greenery and ancient building rooftops. It was quiet despite being in a bustling area, with occasional chirping of birds. The service was also excellent, warm and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Coming from Universal Studios in the evening, the hotel was just a few steps away from the subway exit, super convenient! To the left of the subway exit was the entrance to Nanluoguxiang, so it was incredibly close for exploring the next day. As soon as we arrived in the evening, we were informed that there was free supper. Tired, we dropped our luggage and headed to the restaurant for a delicious bowl of wontons each, then went back to our room for a shower and a wonderful night's sleep. When ordering takeout, it couldn't enter the courtyard where the hotel was located, so it had to be left on the takeout shelf at the security office. We needed to call the front desk, and they would help retrieve it, then a robot would deliver it to our door, which was still quite convenient. Breakfast the next day was also very rich, with made-to-order hot noodles, many pastries and desserts, coffee, soy milk, and more. The front desk also had a coffee machine where you could make several kinds of coffee for free (the machine even provided paper cups, super convenient!). It gave me a lot of energy for my intense 'special forces' sightseeing trip the next day! Finally, a big shout-out to the hotel for finding my lost ring and keeping it safe for me. I only went back to pick it up in the afternoon, and also used the restroom while I was there. Thumbs up! 👍

The hotel facilities are excellent. The breakfast is abundant and delicious. The front desk service is very good. There are many scenic spots nearby. Highly recommended.
