Qiuguo Courtyard Hotel (Beijing Wangfujing Union Hospital)

Fantastic small hotel in a brilliant district of Beijing - a very reasonably priced and substantial "Happy " to kick-start your day. Very comfortable room with AC. The staff are friendly and kind, and very patient with visitors who don't speak Chinese. This neighbourhood really has everything you need within 5 mins walk from the hotel - highly recommend At Attention bar for beer and cocktails, Jing Slow Burger if you fancy something western to eat, and/or the Chinese restaurant across the street with the bright and coloured lights. But plenty more in the area too - clothes shops, Wavvi coffee, the very nice man with the key cutting stand who fixed my bag, etc etc

Had a great stay over at the hotel. The room was cleaned when we checked in. Only complaint was the shower room, the drainage system was not too efficient. But after giving feedback, the staff acted on it and helped to resolve. The room may not be as big as shown in the photo but sufficient for our needs. Staff there were all nice and prompt. Location wise, is within 2nd ring and easy to get a cab or take bus and train. Many restaurants around as well.

Everything was really nice, from the position to the breakfast. Spacious and comfortable room. The staff is awesome, everybody is super nice and helpful. Highly recommend :)

Our stays here with Qiuguo has been awesome. The staff there are very warm, friendly and welcoming. It is a peaceful and serenity place where it felt like home. Special thanks to this lady in black where we called her 阿姨 (aunty), goes the extra miles to make us tasty fried rice and noodles for our family of 11 even though she had off work, and special thanks to Qing Qing & Na Na for their special treatment. This is a stay we highly recommend. This stays offers daily needs such as nail clippers, tooth-pickers, hair tie, bobby pins, anti-bacterial wipes, warm water during winter seasons. Till we meet again. This place is not your ordinary 5-star hotel stay.. but in a scale of 10, this place deserves full marks! 我们在这秋果的住宿体验非常棒。那里的工作人员们都非常热情、友好。这是一个宁静祥和的地方，感觉就像家一样。特别感谢这位黑衣女士被我们称为阿姨，在下班的情况下，还不辞劳苦地为我们一家11口人做了美味的炒饭和面条。还有特别感谢青青和娜娜的帮助，她们的特殊待遇，我们很感激。这是我们强烈推荐的一次住宿。住宿提供日常必需品，如指甲刀、拔牙器、发带、发夹、抗菌湿巾、冬季温水。直到我们再次见面！这个地方不是普通的五星级酒店住宿.. 但按照 10 分制，这个地方值得满分!

Location outside has a family mart. Some nice small Chinese food place. Peking duck is available at the stretch of shops too! Hotel is located Walking distance about 10 mins from metro Dongsi station. It’s a small hotel living in a courtyard in a Hutong alley. Cosy small room and they replenish your free minibar daily and tidy up your room. Breakfast is traditional china style at 28yuan in a pantry cafe inside the hotel level 1. Hotel is also Walking distance to Wangfujing famous shopping area etc.

We traveled to Beijing in a family of four and wanted to experience the life in Hutong without sacrificing comfort too much. That’s exactly what we got! Along with excellent service and friendly staff, we were very happy with our stay despite the relatively small space and lack of amenities.

Good location. Although staff can’t speak English, they tried their best to communicate with foreigners.

Disappointed. The pictures showed are different. Building is old with sewage smell. Regret to choose it and won't recommend.
