The room was great, and conveniently located near Chang'an Avenue, making it suitable for both business trips and tourism. I even got to see some snow! I stayed for 6 nights during my week-long business trip, trying out two different room types. The staff were all very attentive and nice.

Huge thanks to the front desk for the suite upgrade! The Sait Hotel, as a high-end establishment, consistently delivers understated luxury. The rooms are meticulously detailed, and all amenities are clean and comfortable. The front desk staff are warm, attentive, and efficient with check-ins. It's conveniently located next to the Sait shopping center with plenty of dining options nearby, and Chang'an Avenue is just a few hundred meters walk. An absolutely fantastic stay, truly deserving of five stars! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was impressed by the elegant ambiance and the staff's warm hospitality. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful; they patiently explained the hotel facilities and offered recommendations for local attractions. The service at this hotel is truly five-star quality. I checked in late at night, and I had mistakenly booked a twin room, but I'm a light sleeper and really need a king-sized bed. Although the Sate Hotel is a bit old, it still retains the charm of a well-established hotel. The King Koil mattress was just right, not too soft and not too firm, and the room's heating was excellent. Manager Xiao Xue even helped me with a late checkout, which I really appreciated. The hotel's location is excellent, right on East Second Ring Road and Chang'an Avenue. I've stayed here several times when visiting Kyoto, and this time I stayed even longer, over a week. Due to new carpets, the first room had a strong smell, so they upgraded me to a new room at dawn, the Ultraman Suite. Later, when I extended my stay, they moved me to another family suite. So, I'll definitely give extra points for the service. It offers great value for money and I recommend it.

Not great service and poor cleaning of the room. The staff was ok but nothing fantastic.

An established hotel with top-notch service! It's conveniently located right off Chang'an Avenue, just 800 meters from Jianguomen subway station, and only three stops from Tiananmen Square. Thirty years ago, the St. Regis was one of Beijing's top-tier hotels. While the decor isn't as modern as newly opened five-star hotels, the furniture is incredibly well-maintained. The elevators are spotless, with no scratches, and the beds are comfortable. You can even catch a glimpse of Chang'an Avenue without the noise of traffic. For this price point, it offers excellent value for money! The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming!
